Itsu in City of London

Tasteless, bland and overpriced, replace with another eatery please

Great sushi at affordable prices.

Colleague Tom seemed to love the food as he had 2nd helpings

A nice change; a first for me in fact, but in terms of v. f. m its nothing to shout about. What cost me just short of £8 should really have been little more than £5 and, more importantly, given that the place was virtually empty at the time of my visit, and that all food is freshly prepared (apparently, so it is claimed), then I fail to understand why, when I took the lid of my pot, what was inside was only lukewarm. There's no excuse for that.

Veyr god service and nice staff.

Well, not bad, but not too good. Rice sometimes feels a bit undercooked (I'm Asian, no one knows rice better than I do) the discount before closing is a great deal.

I paid and they wouldn’t make me my food, they told me to go away. They said it was too late and refused to make me food I had already paid for.I am frustrated and will never support this place again. They said the tax was not refundable.29/10/2021 in the evening.

Good clean fresh branch, food is up to the high Itsu standard, I love that there is a carb free option. staff will fill your water bottle if you ask.

Excellent quality. Had the salmon foul house, the soup and gyoza of shrimps.
