Decent pub but I am not a big fan of the beer brands they serve. Decor is superb.

·

It's a nice pub with lovely ambience, and no it doesn't have anything to do with the John Snow from GOT haha so don't be disappointed about that, just enjoy the nice atmosphere

Excellent value for money pub. Despite the questionable business model (Joe Lycett) which Samuel Smith's operate to, the pub itself is everything you would expect from a traditional boozer. Worth a visit but was packed out on the Saturday afternoon we were here so didn't stay for long.

First visit but certainly not my last, might have had a Guinness go down my back (the realities of sitting near the bar!) but the team have spot on banter and the service is perfection.

Good looking pub from the outside and the inside, but once you got in, you feel like being trapped in a cold and unfriendly place. So quiet that people had to whisper like in a museum. But the worse part was probably the waiter/owner? Being as unfriendly and rude as possible. Wanted to walk away but it was too late and our drinks were already served. One piece of advice: Don't waste your time and money, and pass your way now.

A Sam Smiths pub, the most authentic English pub experience, no music, no TV, just good beer. Sam Smith is a Yorkshire brewery and they have around 20 pubs in London all have a traditional charm and are normally packed full of locals. Be brave and walk through the door... 🍺

Most miserable bar-tender I've experienced.Me: Could I have a Stout please.BT: No.BT: We're out.GF: Could I have some Salt and Vinegar crisps please.BT: No.Me: I see you have some crisps, which are available?Miserable and rude. No atmosphere. Bad beer that did not reflect in the price.Avoid.

Pub. English pub. Not an epidemiologist in sight! But all good. Busy. Got served quickly. Open atmosphere. Curious way of diving the public and saloon (?) bars that was essentially heightist.

I have been to thousands of pubs over the years and this is the only place where I felt like the staff were actually actively rude. The barman was visibly irritated when I asked what beer is good for a lager top, then said “I hate this place” as he was pouring our drinks. The drinks were flat. We stood outside to drink and as we did the same barman lobbed a load of food cartons and stuff through the pub doors into the street. Really unfriendly and bad drinks too.

Nice old pub in Soho. I love Sam Smiths pubs, their selections of beers and ales are mouthwatering although they didn't have their full range of draught items available on the day of my visit. Seems a bit more pricier than what I remember from a couple of years ago. It's very busy usually so be prepared to be on your feet. Friendly staff.
