Kabana Grill in City of London

The staff and the service they delivered was really great and the food was not bad but was expecting much more. The only down part for me was the price. Everything on the menu was expensive and I don't think the food and drink served was worth that much. If you come here as two people be prepared to spend almost £100.

Brazilian themed chain restaurant.I like the biro biro rice but this visit it tasted bland.I love feijoada and it was on the menu so I had to try it.I was a little disappointed as the black beans were under cooked, they were edible but in feijoada the beans should be soft and mushy.The service was good and the staff friendly and attentive.

The food was alright but the price is crazy! The food should not be worth that much. It’s tasty but nothing special. The service, as mentioned by everyone, is quite appalling. The servers would rather chat with each other than care about taking orders or being attentive and alert for customers. The kitchen also closes early compared to 9:30pm. It’s a whatever place. I will not be going here again. The chicken on the other hand is definitely halal.

We had been wanting to try this place for a bit now. The atmosphere was good and the service was great, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food, though tasty and flavourful, was quite small in portion for the money charged. We had the avocado/guacamole starter, and there were far too few chips with the dip. The burger options don't come with any side of fries, though the curry and pulled pork dishes have sides of rice. They have a sort of happy hour between 5h00-7h00pm where 2 cocktails are 12£ (standard price about 9£ at time of writing), which is pretty good, except the drinks are largely just ice...Not impressed really

Staff were absolutely great! Very hospitable and have a smile on their face. Atmosphere was good also as you sit inside the restaurant or sit in the conservatory section outside with heaters. Food is fantastic, tastes fresh. Oh yes and they are not so shy with the alcohol in their cocktails. The only thing stopping it from being perfect is the speed of service in terms of food arriving at the table.

We came in today to try the food.At the I asked for a table for 2 and was given a table right on the corner.Since it was out first time we took around 20 minutes to order the food ;however the first this we order was a bottle or wine.After 20 minutes waiting at 18:21 we ordered some chicken wings and also 2 main dishes,1 steak and 1 Chicken skewed.at 18.30 wing arrived and we were told food would come shortly.We waited till 19.04 and no one came to check on us or brought us our food.That being said I explained the situation to 1 of the waitress and said we wanted to pay the bill and leave since we been waiting over 45 minutes to get our food and still I had to wait another 10 minutes till I decided that I waited enough ... so I went to the till explained the situation and left.While we were waiting everyone else got their food, sharers and main dishes including the tables next to us with people thay came after us.Really Really disappointed by the lack of care....the wings were very nice and we were looking forward to try the food....probably the order never got to the kitchen .... that's what I think after receiving no explanation form 2 waitress....

When you are leaving the restaurant still hungry after a full meal you know that something is wrong. Also the table was very sticky which I guess it's because the drinks serve without coaster...The food is freash and warm but unfortunately lack on the size & some of the flavors. The prawn starter was just 2 prawns with a lot of wasabi mayo that empower everything and take all the flavor. The chicken breast was the size of kids meal and it's comes with no side which we lucky ordered. I can say that the best part of the meal was the fries.

The staff was nice and the order was taken rapidly. Nevertheless, the food was bland. So question about the cleaning standard as well, found a dirty fork on the windows edge and the table was very very sticky that we couldn't put our hands on it.I had worst experience but Its not a place I will go again.

Decided to try something different while visiting Westfield, Ordered several items of the menu some of the dishes were hit or miss, overall was the food was good especially the chicken skewers, Beirut Flatbread chicken was a little dry but saved by the delicious table sauce, Chicken Doughballs were very hard, Buttermilk fried chicken was very nice and would have gladly ordered more, The X-Burger had all the right ingredients but lacking a little seasoning again some table sauce saved the day :P . The portions may not have looked that big but were very filling and well priced.

First and foremost to enhance the quality and taste of real food! I don't get paid to write a review! believe me!For all who have some knowledge of Portuguese, Brazilian,Moçambique and Angola... food, and most importantly a good palate! so here you will find all these sensations! good food, well seasoned and properly cooked! Quality food.A word of thanks to all staff, attentive and very professional, polite 5*Nice and colorful light decor. Don't waste opportunity have one of the many refreshing alcoholic drinks(caipirinha....)
