Amazing local find!!! Great food, great hospitality and super clean, wont break the bank either.. Big portion sizes for the mains too. Highly recommend trying it out, I'll definitely be going back. They also have a good space so could hire the back for parties.

The food is delicious and quite authentic, it's a shame that it's no more. It is going to be replaced by Indian and Ceylonese restaurant. Missing my favourite dishes

What a great experience I had at Kampung Boyz in Barnet. Went here last night for the first time and was overly impressed in more ways than one! Very friendly owners and food quality was fantastic I will defiantly be going back!! Also very reasonably priced and clean.

We had a really great night here. The food was excellent – we had lamb steaks and prawn fritters to start with, then I had a salmon and coconut creamy curry while my boyfriend had the lamb. Delicious! It was very reasonably priced, and the service was great. We'll definitely be going back here for a meal in the future.

Came here for lunch with my collegues. Excellent food. Great value for money. Had a traditional rice dish with a perfect level of spice. Has a good kick but not too strong. Staff was very friendly and restuarant has beautiful decor. 10/10!!!

I know it was late on a Monday night (9:30) and the fact that the place was empty should have been a warning, but I could never have guessed how bad the dinning experience was going to be.My friend ordered a Chicken Curry Dish and I ordered the Slow Cooked Lamb Shank. The Lamb Shank was meant to come with Ghee Rice but when it came I only got plain rice. When I pointed out the discrepancy between what I got and the menu the waiter simply shrugged and said the menu needs to be updated it only comes up plain rice. And that was that. Also it was meant to come with salad but all I got was a teaspoon of chopped cucumber and onions, it was a joke.My friend was soon surprised when he started to eat his deep fried chicken cubes, to find that it was both stringy, flaky and very fishy tasting. When he asked if it was definitely chicken that he got the waiter took it to the kitchen and shouted "is this chicken?" and then came back with "yeah that's just the way it's cooked".The slow cooked lamb shank was so tough I felt like I was fighting with it just to get bits of meat off it. And it was so full of fat and gristle that I was constantly having to spit it out as it was too hard to swallow. At the end of the meal I pointed out to the waiter that they really should consider getting a different meat supplier as I handed him my plate piled high with chewed and spat out pieces of meat. The waiter just seemed surprised and just said "why?" but not even caring. My stomach is actually hurting at the moment and I am concerned I may have food poisoning. But on the plus side the sauce was nice.

For the amount we paid, the quality was terrible. The squid was dry and had no flavour. Curries were either watery, or had an overpowering flavour of star anise and had no spice. Noodles looked horrible. We threw away most of it.
