Food not bad but poor service. Most alcohol had run out apart from the expensive stuff. No Guinness, not much gin. Waiter poured beer over my hands phone and the table, then went and got a stack of napkins to let me clear the table up myself!

I've had 2 delicious meals here over the past couple of weeks. The hostess/manager was delightful, the food was great, and they really adhered to social distancing measures, which is refreshing. Real credit is due to the hostess/manager - she really made the experience.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a great meal here. We started with the burrata. I'm not certain what I was expecting from "English Garden pesto", but it balanced well with the fresh tomatoes. For the main course, I had the double-bone pork chop and my wife the glazed salmon. Both were exceptional. The menu isn't extensive, but each dish had it's own distinct presentation and flavors.

Had a training session in Aldgate and just happened to come across the restaurant while walking to the station. Wanted something not too heavy so went for the Glazed Salmon, I was pleasantly surprised with it being so tasty. Will be coming again for the Parmesan and truffle chips!

Great location, few steps away from Aldgate East station. Delicious food with lovely decor. Had a business meeting within the bar area and then dinner at the restaurant.
