KFC - Beckton in City of London

Why would you advertise 2 am closing drive through and then close it by 1.45am... i rushed down the motorway to be able to reach on time only to find the cones had just been put on the entry of the drive through... Advertise your times properly or find staff that doesnt close early to go home... The morning of 2 of march in case the manager wants to look and confirm this is the case.... Is so frustrating to find big companies like this play around with closing times .

Visited on February 16th 2022 at 11pm. Only drive through available after 11pm. Joined queue but took ages to get to ordering window. Found a sheet of a4 in the ordering window apologising for possible delays. Bit late when you're already boxed in in your car and unable to leave! Took more than 30 mins to be served and no explanation. We had a 2 hour journey to finish so needed a quick bite, not a 30 minute wait! No apology and only luke warm chips! Chicken was nice tho when we eventually got it. Had we been able to escape without ordering tho, we would have! Should have used McDs next door. Used them week before. No probs! Heard yesterday that my mate got an £80 fine because after the half hour wait we left the retail park 6 minutes after midnight and we thought we were already outside the ulez zone. Apparently not and those 6 minutes are gunna cost my mate £80! Thanks KFC!

Can’t fault the chicken pieces tasty as usual. However, the Zinger Tower Burger was very disappointing. It wasn’t a tower, it was more of a bungalow. Lettuce was half green and half black. Had to throw the lettuce away. The chicken inside the burger I assume was breast peace. Was very dry and rubbery not sure if it was cooked to its perfection. Chips are chips in KFC, small medium large all the same size and not tasty at all.

Thank you for getting a simple order of 4 pieces of chicken, 2 burgers and a portion of chips wrong! BRAVO! Even asked me at the window to confirm and handed me the bag. 1 piece of chicken missing, the burgers squashed and chips also missing. First time there and certainly will never go back. How can you get such a small order wrong?

Food was decent, but got a stomach ache afterwards. Staff are very inconsiderate and rude so KFC should definetly look into giving training to the staff for better people skills and communication skills. Minus three stars for the service (Thumbs down)

One of the worst kfc you can go too, unexperienced staff, always forget to put the right stuff in the bag, always things missing, I ordered 2 PC variety meal with 4 extra hot wings, they forgot to put my fries and my extra 4 wings, all I ended up with is the 2 PC of chicken and the mini fillet, I don't live local so it is not nice when you get home and open the bag to realise they forget most of your order, big pisstake , they only concentrate on the uber and deliveroo orders.

One of the worst chicken fillet burger. Completely burned hard like wood. Not taste at all. Chips portion you can counted how fries are there. Very disappointed. Waste of money. On the noting inside at all apart from one dried tasteless chicken.

The worst KFC ever. Chicken came burnt. Asked man to change it, he came back with more burnt hard chicken and said this is what it’s always like!!! Never had KFC this bad!!!!! Would not recommend

For some reason the KFC tastes so much better at this branch. I may be because it is so busy and constantly cooking fresh to meet demand.

It's most unhealthy food but some times we love the food. It's halal KFC and during the lock down we manage to pick up drive through. For weekend and parking facility and very spacious. After shoping around you can park you car and enjoy the food and soon indoor will be open. Also there are little outdoor space.
