EXCELLENT food, I felt like I was back in Japan!!! Authentic and high quality fish & rice, properly prepared. Run and cooked by Japanese professionals, I couldn't be happier to have finally discovered this place. Highly recommend. The service is a bit hit and miss but there are good intentions and the food is just worth it. Finally some decent tempura in London!!

This place is nearly right beside my hotel I stayed in. I don’t live in London; I live in England. The tastes were delicious. I had two tempura lunch set menus today around 2pm (see a picture below) It isn’t too expensive deciding that it was quite enough. I would highly recommend it to everyone. They serve real Japanese food. Their tables are well spaced out; they leave one to two table in between. Its safe to go; remember that I have considered the 1.5 metre rule. Will come again definitely.

A very authentic spot for Japanese food with stylish minimalist decor. Staff are attentive, polite, and friendly. The price is slightly on the expensive side but it is definitely reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive.

Dined here with a client recently. From a price point to quality perspective, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the food. The service and waitstaff were attentive and efficient but the overall quality of what I ordered was probably not the strong points of this restaurant. I ordered a mix, a little bit of everything nabe hotpot which starts around £40 per person. I was expecting something with at least some seasonal Japanese in friends but the bulk of it was nothing out of the ordinary. Sadly, this dish is well overpriced simply because the ingredients doesn’t reflect the price tag. Overall, the taste of the broth was just OK. I’d also ordered a mix sashimi which contains a good mix of fish, shellfish, etc. but I could get better quality cuts cheaper. I mean like for like cuts such as fatty and medium fatty tuna, uni, etc. Take your money elsewhere. That’s my 0.02

I had several lunch and dinner there. Often very busy so I had to wait for a while. Some people said about service was bad. But for me it was good. I had Kiku special couple times, it comes with tempura, yakitori and sushi.

Food is great, service is great, location is great. Staff are very attentive and polite. They have more staff than customer and of course they reflected all the greatness on the price itself.Good all-around Japanese cuisine. However, given the competitiveness of High-end Japanese food in London, they need to be more unique to stand out.

Probably the best sushi in the area! Perfect place for a business lunch or a relaxed dinner with family or friends. All dishes are made not only very tasty, but also are presented beautifuly on plates. Great choice from the menu and waitresses are very helpful and attentive. We had an allergy advise and the chief still managed to cook the dishes perfectly well and nicely presented. Will come back again for sure!
