Had a lovely meal here in December. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was wonderful and we really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was a little noisy as there were Christmas parties going on. Staff were very apologetic but there was no need, we were having a lovely time and would prefer some fun and liveliness to a stuffy atmosphere!! Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys French food. The creme brulee was the best I've had outside France.

Escargot is okay, other stuffs are too either too salty or weird….The waitress is also a bit tricky when she was trying to charge the payment😩extremely over noisy today……There were a table of customers were simply shouting as chatting for hours. We couldn’t do a proper chat during this. A bit torturing experience

One of my fav restaurants in London. Quality food, good value wines, great service, unpretentious in a historic location.

I actually only went there for an art exhibition.However the place is stunning and the staff are beyond brilliant, as is the owner Brian.Looking forward to having a meal there.I am sure that eating here would be a treat to ones palette and a delight to ones sight and ears... if that wonderful pianist is playing that is.

Food was very good. Loved the snails and steak. Excellent peppercorn sauce. Service was hit and miss. They weren't sure if they had a high chair. Order of hot water didn't arrive until a reminder was given. Served bernaise instead of peppercorn so our steak went cold while waiting for them to correct it.Restaurant was not busy at the time so can't understand the mistakes.Will give it another chance as food was good.EDIT:Thanks for the reply. If you can't accommodate children I think you should make it clear on your website and when booking. Then families can make a decision not to come.Will definitely not return now.

Food is good traditional French, but in my opinion overpriced for what it is. You are paying for the location, history and ambience (which are all good). Service was decent.

What a wonderful French Gem in the centre of Soho. The wine list can only be described as sinful .... the food is a revolution of french excellence. I have never seen or tasted such wonderful canapés. As for the staff you were amazing I really cannot wait to return. Merci Beaucoup.

It’s a very traditional French restaurant in Soho which I will definitely go to try again!! Been to lots of modern French/ European restaurants, this one is classic!!! J’adore x

Beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere and staff. Loved the live piano music.Had escargot for starter - delicious and perfectly cooked.Chateaubriand was also perfectly cooked (forgot to photograph - had with béarnaise sauce, was delicious).Sazerac was also really good - one of my favourite go to cocktails that had been perfectly mixed.I would definitely not mind returning here especially for their plats du jour and do recommend the restaurant for dates, friend gatherings...
