I ordered two pizzas whilst at work. Mine was supposed to be a Margarita with Basil and oregano. The first thing that I noticed looking at this soulless pizza was that the dough was not fresh. In fact, the pizza itself looked re-heated and forget about any herbs on it.It was sad and insipid. This is not an Italian pizza. Very disappointing. You can tell a great pizza by its smell (a mixture of fresh dough and herbs. This was a soulless and tasteless waste of money.

How come your prices at the Cafe, [ Cafe as you are packed in like fish in a tin here ] are so much more in the Cafe then on your web page. Scam Artist. And your men toilet a joke, the door is cut out so when you open it, it fits over the WC pan. Nothing WALLAR about this place.[ Meals had a lot lot better from my Italian Granny spicy tasty the best.] Meals here the the really bland stuff all you Cafes serve to the British.

Microwave lasagne come on in this day and age. You are a restaurant you should easily cook up a fresh meal. It's looks lovely outside shame about the low quality food. Maybe next time it will be great. I guess it was one of them nights

The best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Most friendly staff and they went above and beyond for us and anyone else I saw walking in as it was just about to close! Highly recommended!! It was Most welcoming place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place filled a spot on the day, we didn’t go out of choice everywhere else was just fully booked nearby. The starters were okay, the soup had no bread and the lettuce leaves were not fresh. The interior decor was dated and the table cloths were like tracing paper. However one peep at the table beneath the cloth and you’ll be pleased its covered. The sign outside says homemade pizzas so one would expect it to be a speciality. The pizzas are far from special, they are greasy and undercooked.Lastly on payment the waiter took my card and tapped it on my behalf without permission and not only that I couldn’t even see the payment amount on the card machine, fortunately after having to ask for a receipt the amount was correct.

A very special restaurant in Covent Garden! A group of 8 of us celebrated my friend's 21st and were so grateful for the delicious food and personal service. We even brought a cake with us for which they so kindly provided cream, and it was little touches like those which elevated our dining experience. The pasta with baby prawns and pesto was very tasty, and the waiters were a great laugh. Thank you to all the staff at La Ballerina!

As Italian I’m very disappointed, the waiter was completely drunk and was smelling alcohol so badly, the argued with us because we wanted to sit outside and it was too cold for them the serve the food outside, we ordered 2 pizza and the was just ridiculous the base was like supermarket one from the frozen section, tasteless, the Margherita was without basil and he put black pepper on it even so I told him that I don’t want it he said that was better with it, there is a board outside the door that said wood oven IT’s A LIE

We visited this evening as a family. The food was scrumptious and we very much enjoy coming here for dinner. The starters, main courses and desserts were up to a very high quality. The menu has a variety of options to choose from. The waiter and waitress were patient and polite to us and provided great service. I must reiterate that the food was absolutely and completely delicious. We will certainly visit again soon. 100% recommend.

I have been coming here for years. A lovely restaurant with a family feel. The food is Italian and an extensive menu of home cooked authentic dishes. Usually you have to book in advance to secure tables although at the moment it's possible to walk up.Recommend the minestrone soup and the pasta dishes. The deserts are all lovely and the prices for London are excellent. A must visit if in the Covent Garden area and you want good food for a good price
