Superb service, great food and excellent drinks selection. Suzana is amazing like always. I’m a regular customer since 2015. Love this place! The best Italian restaurant in the area.

We ordered a large takeaway on Christmas eve, which was delivered by 2 deliveroo riders. Unfortunately we were missing 3 meals.So I contacted La Bella Vita directly and they delivered the items themselves within 30 minutes.We use the restaurant frequently and the food is always delicious.

Rude Bad unpleasant customer service.Was looking forward to trying out this restaurant for the first time as I live a few roads away, have lived and grown up in Leytonstone my whole life with all my family, friends and relatives.We have tried every restaurant in Leytonstone which we love and are regulars as we are locals. Always seen the restaurant thinking would really love to try some day.This is the first restaurant in Leytonstone we have been to and unfortunately received bad rude customer service from a middle aged woman who seemed to be the onlyfront of house working today evening.It's very sad as I would have passed on my thoughts if the customer service was good to other locals friends family and colleagues I know.Very disappointed did not get to taste the food as the woman was being rude to us. As soon as we stepped in we its like she hated working there and was very annoyed that another customer came!I personally would not recommend going here. Only purely due to the rude behavior of this individual staff memberVery disappointed only if the owners or owner knew how this woman behaves. And if she is the owner or the owner or owners support this behaviour then there's something clearly wrong here.

First of all, the restaurant is such a nice place. But today the lady who has been there like a staff member was so rude. Because when we arrived there, it was so quiet and than we placed the order and after we started to speaking with my meet up partner and this lady has put the volume up for the music. And then I noticed that we and the other customers were speaking so loud with each other because we couldn't hear properly. Then I asked this lady that "Can you please put the volume down?". The music was so loud. I think this is not a disco or a pub. We, the customers go there to have a nice and relaxing lunch or dinner. Her answer was " This is a restaurant" . That was so rude. I know this is a restaurant, what means it is not neccessary to keep the music so loud. I'm so sad for this experience, you should tell her to be more nice with the customers.

A truely excellent local restaurant. Lots of good choice on the menu without it being too vast. Have tried lots of different meals here from steak to pizza and they are all really really good. It's good value for money and has some nice veggie options. Well worth a visit.

Every Italian restaurant I visit I compare to La Bella Vita - their pomodoro sauce is SO good. I think the trick is that they use a lot of fresh ingredients: the orange juice is freshly squeezed and the pomodoro sauce tastes like it’s made from freshly puréed tomatoes. The pasta that they use also retains the flavour of the sauce really well. I do wish that there were more vegan options however.

It’s absolutely horrible customer service, the old lady doesn’t know what means a real customer service. Awful food and dealing with disgusting behaviours to delivery drivers. They are not your slaves or servants so treat them with respect.I would never go back to this place what’s so ever. I will be emailing to council as there is no covid precautions in place.*Stay away guys plenty other options nearby *

Very good place for a Sunday evening for some rosé wine and good pizza. Friendly welcomed and very nice polite staff. The food is amazing! Really recommend this place for hungry couples or individuals.
