La Bottega di Anna in City of London

Nice cute surroundings and very clean. Good coffee and nice homemade Italian cakes. Definitely worth a visit.

The food is great. The workers are gently, but the owners are really really rude and don't even have a far far idea on how they should treat customers. Maybe the lifetime value of their customers is not important for them, they just think about profits.They are also continuing to increase prices every 3-4 month. They think they are in Mayfar. Prices of Italian restaurants in the center of London are cheaper

We tried to eat here a couple of times with no success. The lady running the place is extremely rude. She made my husband and my little son feel very unwelcome when they first came there. When we tried for the second time, the dialogue went something like this: 'Would you have a table for 3?' - 'No, we are full' - 'Do you know when you would have one?' - 'How would I know?'Well, if you run a restaurant, you would normally know. Definitely not trying again. Oh, and our neighbours had similar experience there. We live just across the road, could have become loyal clients.

Excellent coffee and delicious panini. Good selection of authentic Italian ingredients to buy in this lovely place. Definitely recommend

I believe this is the best italian restaurant in the area, with a lovely and relaxing environment. Super suggested if you're looking for a bit of true italian food, calamari and cannoli were delicious, they are (by a lot) above the london's average. Will certainly go back for another taste.

This is a message for all people living in London.. don't buy anything here. All the prices are massively inflated and the quality is not even great. Just to say...a pack of baking powder is about £10. And a normal pandoro you will pay it three times more. Find a better place where to buy Italian food.I feel really sorry for the staff working there... they are really nice but I believe they are just victims.

Genuine Italian cafe serving great coffee and Italian pastries and foody treats. Their pizzas are fantastic. Great place for early morning coffee as the sun hits the tables outside. Just don't take my place! :)

Very nice place, good pizzas, they have a big variety of Italian products and the people was very nice all the time. I recommend the place.

Very nice local place for Italian classic biscuits and confectionery. Also great for a coffee and fresh baked goods in the morning, their pistachio croissant is a must!You can also find italian liquors such as Limoncello inside.P.S: staff can speak Italian 👌🏻👍🏻

What an amazing little spot for authentic Italian food! La Bottega di Anna, feels like home now, from when we discovered their amazing pistacchio cream, we try to have breakfast at least every Sunday with their brioches! Yesterday we decided to have aperitivo, as we don’t eat pork usually we don’t find a lot of options but Stefano has been so good with us and made one of the best tagliere I ever had!! What can I say? I cannot express in words how happy good food makes me but having also a good costumer service and being able to make us feel important, that’s just a 5 stars service!! (I wish I could give more)
