La Chandelle in City of London

This place is now called RISTORANTE ROMA. Avoid if you can. Food and service terrible. Then they expect you to complain about the service charge they add to your bill if you don't want to leave a tip.

Terrible food and service. They add 12.5% tip into the bill. Our food was so bad I started looking around at the other tables to see if other were eating the food. A lot of table had half eaten meals. So their food was probably just as bad as ours. I would guess they have to add the tip into the bill because a lot of people would not leave a tip with the service they give.
