We had a dinner at this place and it was good. What I like is that this place has higher standard than many other restaurants around. Atmosphere was cozy, restaurant was very empty at that time.Staff was friendly but it would be great if they were approaching tables to ask if nothing is missing or if customers want to order something more.Food came not at the same time and we were not a big group of people.Nice wine options.

Went with my husband for an Xmas meal on Xmas day at 2.30 very busyWe were a two not a great seat for me. We visited 6 years ago. No crackers apart from lights and a Xmas tree didn't feel that festive.i went for an Italian starter which contain 🍆 but it was not cooked enough sauce was nice. My main and my husbands was very tasty mine was a lamb shank his was salmon with a sauce. But I think with fish he should have had perhaps one different veg as Brussels sprouts do not go with fish 🐠. I only had two small potatos. Sweets were nice. So would I go again but not on Xmas day

Wonderful restaurant and staff, and a beautiful place to sit. It is expensive, but relatively speaking for the location it's not tooooo bad.The food was really delicious - I recommend the melanzane for starter, it's magic!

This restaurant truly is superb from start to finish ! If I could give more than five stars I would .I visited with my wife and a few friends as we had all been recommended this restaurant . From the moment we walked in staff were very attentive and pleasant , the restaurant really had a warm feel to it and looked magical with the fantastic Christmas decorations . We were seated right away and drink orders taken shortly after . The manager recommended a gorgeous Umbrian red wine which went down a treat ! Starters , mains and desserts were all divine , very generous portion sizes and really tasty food . I have to say , its definitely top of the list as my new favourite Italian .Shocking to see so many negative reviews about their dress code , this is a normal rule with many restaurants . I would never dream of walking into a restaurant like this with track suits !I look forward for my next return to La Fiamma .. and so do my friends !

I took my parents and brother last night for first time last night. It was an amazing experience, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was simply delicious and I would say that it deserved its price. I can not wait to visit again.

Worst service ever, despite there being 8 staff on and the restaurant was not busy. The staff were too busy having a chinwag with each other.Took 25 minutes just to order drinks. (Cold red wine) And another 40 mins to get someone over for water.Mains took forever 1 hour to come out.. Food is under seasoned and plain. Nothing Italian about the place! (Pasta was literally just plain white spaghetti)We travelled from afar to visit this place and they did not even notify us that their pizza oven is not working.Pretty much everything we wanted was sold out… Take it of the menu!!! Overall super disappointed and annoyed I spent money there!

Me and my boyfriend visited La Fiamma this evening for a romantic candle lit dinner, the food was incredible. Every course we had was so delicious, they even put a candle on my boyfriends tiramisu which was very sweet! The staff were also great, super attentive and professional. We will definitely return for the views, incredible food and great service!

Such a fantastic place to go and catch up with friends or celebrate with family for any special occasion. Everyone here greets you like a member of there long lost family so friendly and the food is amazing! You will have a great time here good food and good fun. They also have live music some nights too. Always leave full and happy when we go here. 100% recommended.

A little gem of a restaurant. Beautiful setting and views over the park. Food was excellent particularly the risotto. Not sloppy like others serve and they are generous with the serving size. Staff were very friendly and attentative without interfering. Would recommend this for its food and charm.

It’s not a cheap restaurant, the prices are higher than average for this area. The food was a 5/5 for freshness but a 4/5 for flavour for me as I felt there was a little too many herbs in my dish. Service was good and we enjoyed having a view of bushy park as we were joined by a deer.
