Lanzhou Noodle Bar in City of London

Had the cold sliced beef noodles (without soup) which I had before in China.This was really great! They pull the noodles freshly in the shop too.5* if there were more tables and you didn't had to share your table with others and if service was a little nicer.Other than that I can only recommend this delicious food 🍜

On rainy days the soup goes down a treat. Unassuming decor and no fuss service. A great quick eat that will leave you satisfied. The portion is quite big.

Holy smokes. Hand pulled goodness. This place blew my mind. Excellent food and wildly fast service. And smiling. Wow. Seriously just wow!

Little gem! Delicious quick and hearty noodles. I always order the sour spicy, roast duck noodle soup. The broth tastes good, and the hand pulled noodles has the perfect chewy texture. Me and my friends love to stop here, also my partner always gets me to buy a quick takeaway at the front for him.I hope this place expands to a bigger shop so they have better seating inside.

Would be five star, but the prices are quite high, especially the fried small dishes as the portions for those are small.

The noodle is freshly made, it tasted very chewy and rich with wheat flavor. The soup is amazing, the flavor of coriander really elevates it. Pork stomach also tasted good, not smelly, but a little bit salty.

Too bad, the meat is very stale, smelly and there is no safe distance when eating in the shop, you have to huddle with other families,The chopsticks on the table rubbed against my clothes while the waiter was packing up. She didn't even apologize to me.

Had the Beef La Milan in 2010 when I visited London for the first time. It’s still super good. Even better than some of LaMian in China.Do not get lamb skewer though. It’s fried, the meat is not right and it’s expensive. Get the beef La Mian

AMAZING noodles.It’s one of those restaurants that don’t look particularly inviting from the outside, however as soon as you get inside and see all the cooking in front of you, the variety and smell everything, then you know it’s gonna be a great dining experience.We took the chicken and beef noodles as you can see on the photos, the noodles are homemade and you can actually see the guy making them before your eyes.There isn’t much space inside, only 3 tables, but most people choose takeaway. However, you’ll mostly see Chinese people eating there, which is a safe indication that the food is good 😊

Super lovely meal with friendly service and authentic taste. They also have outdoor seating so I can comfortly enjoy the meal with my dog.
