We were overcharged for our order and the attending manager was quite difficult to deal with. Initially refused to show us the detail behind the order. Charged us for three sandwiches and three drinks when we had ordered two coffees and one cake. Refused to give us a refund initially, and then refused to give us the refund ticket from the card machine so we don't know if we got our money back. Very dismissive attitude. Coffee was ok. Cake was very nice but extremely sweet.

We had a good light breakfast. Good choice of pastries, yoghurt, etc. Excellent coffee. Quite busy but queue was managed very efficiently by friendly, professional staff. Interior was looking a bit tired. Recommended.

Me and my friends were here last week and it was lovely to be able to order a nice simple ham baggette. It wasn't too much trouble for them and they heated it up for me and cut it in half. Service was lovely but got a little puzzled on who to pay with and when to do it. Not much communication to customers on how the service system works. Great baggette though ❤️

The place was awful, tables and toilets were dirty. Coffee was even cold, there were advertising a sort of valentines cake which was not worth the money £5 for a cake what a ripoff 🤣

Baguette was really hard (yesterday's batch?) almond croissant was okay and coffee nice enough. Don't think I'd return though as staff a bit miserable and didn't have a nice ambiance like other Paul venues.

Had breakfast here this morning.Unfortunately no hot food at the moment (assuming that this is because of covid restrictions).Was able to get a table and be served right away.Excellent service from Nejwa who was very attentive.

I Bought a fraisier yesterday, pink ice sugar instead of the Normal green. ( Valentine’s Day i guess)The Cake looked pretty, but it tasted horrendous.The strawberries were not fresh (frozen) no taste whatsoever.The génoise cake just dry, not moist and the cream was fat, heavy and tasteless. Like a block of butter.£34.90 the small cake. Very very disappointedIf I could star ⭐️ it 0.. I would.

Good pastries. Good service. We had afternoon tea where you buy at counter and sit at a table of your choice. Pretty busy on a Sunday.
