Lime Specialist Dry Cleaners in City of London

This is the fourth time I have used luxury dry cleaners. Each time they have provided excellent service. My cleaning has been returned punctually the next day. The items have been cleaned and finished professionally. I thoroughly recommend this company!

Had my shoes repaired from the sides. Saw them and i couldn't tell the difference if they bought them brand new without me knowing or the shoe man is a magicain. FANTASTIC!!

I went in to get a zipper replaced; instead of replacing the zipper, they jut put it back on the broken track, so it split again the next time I wore them. I went back to the shop and they lied and said that they had replaced the zipper, but that they would look into it. Two weeks later I had to chase them and they admitted that they couldn't source the zipper (i.e. there was no way they actually replaced it in the first instance). Eventually I was refunded and got another tailor to replace the zipper, but I really don't appreciate being lied to or the inconvenience.Service: Alterations
