We didn't like the food, except from this one penne dish that I forgot the name of. The pizza was undercooked and cheese fell off entirely as you picked up a slice. However, the waiters were very nice and aimed to give the best experience possible, clearly going above and beyond to help you! It's a shame as the food looked appealing but really lacked in taste and quality.

This place is disgusting. No other word for it. I should have listened to my Mother's advice, always check the toilets before you order, because if you don't like the toilets, you won't like the kitchen!Over priced. Disgusting microwaved mess. £32 for a bottle of wine ( vinegar) and condiments from 1975. Ridiculous place. Avoid at all costs!

I woke up and just knew I had to have some pasta. Thankfully I stumbled on this excellent place. The service was very attentive. The staff were a delight and very pleasant and the meal was excellent. The portion sizes are substantial. I recommend the Primitivo. I visited again in the evening (Saturday) when the vibe was very different, a late night party atmosphere with DJ until 3 and I was amazed at how hard the staff work. Anthony and Luigi the owners were very friendly and hospitable. I shall return when I am back in London.

Had an enjoyable pre theatre meal there last night. Explained to the waiter we needed to be served quickly as we were a little late getting into London. Drinks soon arrived, the food was freshly cooked and tasty.

Overpriced, poor quality food!We were persuaded to eat at this restaurant by one of the members of staff who stands at the front calling people in. He assured us that we wouldn’t be disappointed, so as a group of 9, we decided to give it a try. We waited quite a while for our over priced drinks to be brought over to us and had to remind the staff that we had not had our drinks when she came to take our food order. After placing our order for food, we were left waiting again quite some time; however, we were happy with this as we were under the impression from the menu that all dishes were freshly prepared, so a wait was the be expected. When our food was eventually brought over to our table, it was given to us in a rather abrupt manner and didn’t look appealing at all! In fact, the tiny, overpriced portions were over cooked and clearly been microwaved - most definitely not freshly prepared! This became even more obvious when one of our party was unlucky enough to find the cling film that has been used when storing the dish, inside her food! When we let the staff know, they simply took the dish away and had a conversation between themselves - not even an apology! Upon receiving the bill, I was appalled to find a £24 service charge added! There are plenty of other restaurants in the area to try, just avoid this one

Really good food, the vongole was delicious, the lobster spaghetti and veal also yummy too! The service was also great, Neil (our waiter) was really friendly, attentive and accommodating! He recognised that we needed a quick meal as we only had an hour or so before we had to be at the theatre and ensured that we left on time. We will definitely be back so that we can enjoy our meal even more next time! thank you so much Neil & Little Italy! :)

The food was alright, fresh pizzas were fine, fresh pasta I'm not sure (not sure how fresh it was). These guys have a good host in front to get people's attention but the service of the staff especially man waiters wasn't quite pleasant. Very polite lady waitress though (for 18/12/2021).Toilets..rest room... Cm on guys for these expensive meals pricing the quality could be better...no toilet paper, not enough space...Marinated olives.. not even described when asked what kind of olives are - not my taste and not sure who's taste will enjoy the bad taste if this so £5 for something I that wasn't even eaten....I shall summarize - need improvement for staff and the pricing they have in their menu................

W tried this spot because it isn't a chain, and looked cute. It was OK, but there's just too much competition in Italian to 'phone it in' with the food. We had the bruschetta, and it was on non-toasted bread?! So much for the textural element! The ponenta sliders aren't as described, bottom line. They are more like tacos, the polenta being the shell. The angel hair pasta was alright but a little gummy, it needed some good doses of EVOO. And the creamed spinach was lukewarm at best when it arrived. One bright spot was our server, I can't remember his name but a lovely man, the most 'mature' one of the staff. He certainly brightened things up! Step up the food guys, we want to support local indy biz :)

Loved the food and atmosphere inside. We almost didn't get in as it was packed inside, but the bouncers let us in kindly and we ended up having one of the best evenings in a long time. The food is solid and people inside are of a merry mood without pretentiousness which can often be found in London. This place is one of the long term classic hangouts in London, but this was the first time I ever went to it. I can see myself coming here a lot more frequently in future.

Well really good food but service really was non exsistant was moved from our table because of a forgotten party of 22 arriving which to be fair was fine. But once move was practically ignored by passing waiters untill Beverly duty manager asked us to leave because they wanted our table which ok was again fine as we had finished but to be ignored again for another 15mins waiting for our bill was unacceptable toilets were also unacceptable. Your customer service really needs work 3 stars were basically for your food
