This place wants you to come and pay even if you have covid! We are meant to come on Saturday but four out of our group (me included) have come down with covid so we called to rearrange (not even cancelling just wanted to postpone our booking). But no we have been told it’s full cancellation fees. Well done for helping to spread covid! We have been regular customers of lucky voice for years but definitely won’t be returning now, I’d advise everyone else who cares about their health to do the same.

Came in with some friends and had a great time. Drinks were a bit pricey, and there were no Filipino songs available (which is a massive shame, considering how it was a Filipino who patented the world's first karaoke machine), but we still had a great time.

Been going to Soho LV for nearly years. Great party vibe and a great selection of songs. Totally private rooms for the shy type. A member of the staff called Chris has been there a long time and always looks after us and makes us feel welcome.

I was genuinely surprised at how well set up Lucky Voice is. It is a very busy place in a Wednesday night. Really simple to use, the staff are great at explaining everything to you.It does feel a bit grungy and dank, like an old well used nightclub, but for me that just added to the fun. It wasn't dirty, it just had that vibe.Totally enjoyed my team night and was gutted when our 2 hours were over.

This place is a lot of fun and good value for money (for the experience) seeing as you get 2 hours in your own booth and unlimited songs. However the drink prices are extortionate! I ordered a single Vodka and coke and it was £8.20 or something. Not even a normal size single either it was really small. Also it tasted of water. Kind of like I was drinking a coke with loads and loads of ice in it. If it was a normal tasting vodka and coke then I would forgive the price. My friend bought a round of 2 drinks for her and someone else and it cost her £20 per round. I also ordered a pizza there, and that was £12 a decent size yes but it tasted like a frozen pizza that you would buy in Iceland for £1.This place is a great night out and perfect if your in a group, overall I enjoyed it, I just think the drink prices are extortionate for a very low quality drink. I would recommend people to pre drink before going here. I was sober before I went there and I left sober as I didn't want to pay for another drink that tasted like water.

Nice venue, great song choice, nice staff. All made easy for you, press the button on the console and someone comes in to take your drink and nibbles order. Book for min of 2 hours you ll be surprised at how quickly time passes.

Super fun! can't recommend it enough. I'm not a karaoke person but these little rooms for friends only make the whole experience enjoyable and fun. We were here for 2 hours but it felt like 20 minutes. Wish they had more songs in Spanish though :)

Came for a couple's Sten do (stag hen do) and I can't fault it. The staff are amazing, attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is electric and fun and the drinks are pricey but nice!!! I recommend if you have a bit of stage fright and just want to belt out a classic!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience - would absolutely recommend this time and time again as something you need to do at least once with your friends. Karaoke in your own private booth gives everyone the confidence to let loose and have fun with their voice. I will definitely be coming back if I get the chance.

The song selection is very limited and the drinks were ok but we overlooked this because staff was nice and we were having fun. I was however very disappointed towards the end of the night. Having originally booked 11:30-1:30am for my birthday I was called and offered to come in earlier at 10:30, NOT to move my booking earlier as I would have said no since I had already planned and booked my birthday in advance. We left our dinner reservations early to come in at 10:30 and were asked to leave at 12:30am. This was absolutely not what was discussed or agreed and the red head lady and security guard working there lied to my face and said they had a phone call recording of me agreeing to move my slot earlier which they both had listened to apparently. When I approached the reception to ask for the recording I was told no such thing exists, hence clearly staff was using cheap manipulations to rob me of my original booking slot. We even offered to pay for an additional hour as many booths were available and we were told no. Either they wanted to close early and pushed all bookings forward or simply didn’t want our business. The red head lady was incredibly rude and condescending, very aggressive specifically towards my black friends more than anyone else which we found very jarring. There are better karaoke places in london, but our usual spot in Mayfair was fully booked. It’s not a bad venue but staff definitely ruined the mood of the night. Just a warning for all looking to book here if they contact you offering you an additional hour do not accept as it’s just a way for them to change your booking to suit their own needs. For the venue if any management see’s this I strongly recommend your staff undergo some unconscious bias and diversity training, the way my Black friends were treated and spoken to was completely uncalled for. There is no justifiable reason for the red head member of staff to take a more aggressive approach when talking to them as the matter predominantly concerned me as the booking was in my name.
