Had the displeasure of visiting this place for the first (and last time) on Saturday. The only reason I went there is because Piccolo Ristorante (across the road) was closed between 2.30pm – 6pm.The cold meat starter was ok. The prawn starter was ok.However, the mains (seafood linguine & meatball linguine) were awful. It arrived nearly an hour after ordering it, and yet it was clearly not fresh. They tasted bland and like they’d been heated in the microwave.I’ve had better microwave linguine meals from Tesco. In fact, Waitrose linguine is levels above this.In addition to this, the portions were small (almost childlike), and I had a mere three meatballs in my linguine. THREE measly meatballs for an adult…!!!If you want real authentic and fresh tasting Italian pop across the road to Piccolo Ristorante. If they’re closed, wait until they’re open. This was a disastrous Italian experience. I can still taste the blandness nearly a week later.

Takes an hour for mains to arrive which is strange considering they do not season their food. No salt, pepper, parsley, chilli or even any sauce to go with linguine. They did provide parmesan cheese which helped a little.Service was extremely slow even though it wasn't busy. Had to ask waiter three times for the coke.If you like bland food and slow service definitely the place to visit. However if you like authentic Italian, definitely try Piccolo which is opposite

Great find! Food is delicious, atmosphere is awesome and staff is fantastic! 4/5 because the desserts are a bit overpriced for what they are and the portions

Went for the second time recently, on short notice on a Saturday night. Despite being busy they fitted us in. Food was excellent, slight mixup with order but it was sorted quickly and without issue - things happen. Drinks selection is really good.Service was friendly and efficient.A great, well run place. Credit to the team and management

Aside from the serving staff, who were absolutely lovely, this place just did not deliver. The pizza was mediocre at best. Pasta was well over cooked and the vibe of the evening was ruined by a large table of rowdy druggies sat right behind us. The starters however were really good. We got the arancini and she'll on prawns. Still not enough to warrant a return though I'm afraid.

I had a fantastic lunch today, pizza and service was excellent. What I didn’t appreciate was that another customer was allowed to be seated at table (pretty much next to ours) with her dog, which not only consistently barking through out our meal, but as we left the customer I saw that the customer had the nerve to have the dog sat on her lap a table height. It’s just not something I’d expect to see in a restaurant where food is being eaten. I’m a bit disappointed the restaurant allowed this.

Absolutely amazing pizza- freshly made and great options Good drink selection too- had the blood orange negroni Service was really quick even on a busy Friday night Didn’t buy anything from the deli but it looked lovely!

Fresh made quality pizza. Temderstem broccoli was stir fried with chill and garlic butter, very tasty. Wish they had more vegetables on spicy chorizo pizza though. Good for quick lunch.

The pizza was delightful. I had the spicy salami which wasn’t spicy for me at all. Enjoyable. We had the peach Bellini too and was good. Really lovely staff that were very attentive. Good atmosphere and would come back to try other things on their menu. Thanks!
