Pretty good Thai restaurant in the heart of Clapham Common. Quick service and good, flavourful food. Portions of the mains are generous. Dumplings are delicious but a bit small.

Great service and food every time. Small menu but good selection. Reasonable prices too. Love the dumplings and veg noodle soup!

Rice meal was terrible - all rice, 4 prawns and a bit of sauce and some salad, all for ÂŁ11 which was a very expensive price to pay and felt like an Iceland meal from next door. Got 2 stars only because the chicken noodle soup was decent. So much hope for good Asian, so little on delivery

Worst meal that I’ve had in a long time. Everything completely flavourless, either dangerously hot or completely cold. Wilted and brown cabbage, chillis, herbs and spring onion.Insanely expensive for what it is, a £70 bill for what what felt like a snack that you’d get at a market stall. As a Chinese person I found it genuinely offensive that they claim to make “authentic food” when there was absolutely nothing Chinese about it.I’ll probably buy a cucumber on my way home because their smacked cucumber could easily be made better by anyone who has a clue in a few mins.Awful service too but that’s not worth even thinking about.

The bao it's delicious; the wings and dumpling arre very tasty too. The race based mains are not at the same level unfortunately. The service is a bit amateur; and even if they had just another two customers at the time, food still took a long time to come. Those prawn baos are amazing

Honestly, anyone who said it is great probably not Chinese... I was in the area and saw it says they are authentic Sichuan Chinese food and I was hungry so looked forward to it very much. However, VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered steamed dumpling and vegetarian noodle in soup. Dumpling is served cold sent it back and then the vegetables they put in the noodle soup was raw. If the soup itself is boiling hot and they threw the raw vegetables on the top that makes sense. However, the soup itself is really not hot at all... I can't eat them at all. Walked out feeling hungry and disappointed. It's a shame...

Awful! I was very excited about trying MamaLan as had seen good press about the place a while back. Whilst I was in the area, I thought I would give it a try, but I was so disappointed by the experience. The service was firstly awful. 2 of the staff members were just sat on the table behind us, playing super loud music and flicking songs as if they were just chilling at home. The vibe felt like we were in a cheap fast food restaurant. We asked the waitress for recommendations, she was not helpful at all and didn’t act professional. We ordered prawn crackers and we had to ask for them after waiting for a long time so that they remembered that we ordered them. The food was not good and the cutlery was also dirty. When we went to pay the bill, we asked to remove the service charge, the waitress said this wasn’t possible even though service charge is not a compulsory charge. Do not recommend!

Very slow service even when there were not many customers in the restaurant. However the prawn wontons were very good, lots of prawns inside them, flavoursome and juicy. Would have preferred a different type of noodle with the dish.

Got take away bubble tea and did not disappoint. My milk tea was not as thick as I have usually had before from other bubble tea places however it still tasted delicious. Quick service. Would recommend if walking past.

This place is a win for sure. Nice and small restaurant. Simple decor and it still feels open and light. Looking to the menu, it’s a perfect size. Straight to the point, not overwhelming, and plays the strengths of the chef. The flavour profile of the food was clean and fresh. Great renditions of south East Asian inspired dishes. Great lunch time spot. Really kind, friendly, and funny service and the food came in good time out of the kitchen. Enjoyed our meal. The portion sizes were good and the food made the body feel good. Worth the visit for sure.
