Nice fresh and crisp lunch salads. Got the miso tofu for protein and it was fantastic. The cauliflower rice was good too. Had a piece of brownie for dessert, it was rich, chocolatey and fudgey, I'd get it again.

Top little deli lunch coffee location, great range of healthy and plant based salads and pots. Gotta try their brownie 👍😋 they have a small chain of these 4 in total, great little company

Used the Too Good to Go app for an awesome £3 halloumi salad. Very pleased.

Great lunch spot. Popped in for a salad for lunch and decided on half Julius Caesar and half Peking Slaw. Topped it off with chicken and hallumi. Great team, nice and polite and the salad was very tasty

Everything here is so delicious! I have seriously loved everything I've tried. Coffee is from Ozone - awesome. In the morning I get the avocado toast with chili flakes and a poached egg, and for lunch I haven't met a salad or protein add-on I haven't liked. Juices are really yummy and healthy too. One of my clients has its office nearby, and I always arrive early and invite friends from work to join me for coffee and a snack before meetings.

Maple & Fitz’ dishes are colourful, delicious, and fresh. We ate there to fuel up before a long day of walking, and between two of us, tried every salad on the menu! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and could list off every ingredient – clearly a lot of time and heart were behind every dish. The cacao raw energy balls were my favourite, I don’t usually have a sweet tooth but I couldn’t resist going back for seconds (also the gluten free brownie is ridiculously good – a guilt free necessary indulgence)! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic! Best in the area by far! Had the almond milk with cocoa, with three salads (hot and cold) and lovely poached egg. Delicious! And being allergic to gluten, I was so happy to see clear allergens labeling and great advice from staff! Will make this a regular lunch place!

I came for the cold-pressed juices which were great, but the salad was definitely the best I've had in London. The guilt-free Caesar Salad with the lemon-yoghurt dressing was my favourite, but the Samurai Slaw with soba noodles and sesame/soy dressing was a close second. I was pleasantly surprised by how filling the salads were as well: really good idea to mix in healthy grains with the salads to make them heartier. Finally, the gluten-free brownie will keep me coming back!

Charming little eatery in Fitzrovia! The food is incredibly fresh with clearly a lot of thought going into each recipe.I had a 3 salad mix with salmon and a 'Green Queen' cold pressed juice . Well-balanced and light, attentive staff who seem to take pride in the quality of their produce.I shall be back!

After reading the top 3 porridges articles of ES Magazine, I really wanted to try the miso porridge. I loved it, a healthy breakfast that kept me full for hours. They have quite a big offer of breakfasts which is quite rare. I also tried they almond milk "hot date" and I fell in love with it, so smooth. I regularly go back to get it.
