May Fair Bar in City of London

This place is wow! It was Thursday 6 pm and we didn't have any reservation but we decided to pop in to see if there was any table available. The hostess was very kind and she found us a table by the window. I ordered a Vanilla cocktail which was super tasty, and my friend a elderflower one (in the pic) which was really good either! Wonderful atmosphere and music. The place is perfect for a drink after a very stressful day at work! Super recommended!

Hello, my review is purely on the not attending venue even though I paid the £50 per head, handing £500.. To cut a long story short I was meant to have attended with my partner a a few others and was turned away. I contacted the venue on the night to state I was going to be late and nobody answered. I called numerous times and at that point I had no alternate arrangements but to go to the hotel I was staying at to finish my night off. To note only reason why we were out was due to it being my partners birthday and we stayed in the dilly hotel that night in question, dining at Benares beforehand. That was a very nice place to dine to mention on the other hand. I feel the Mayfair Bar are fine to take your money, but doing the right thing is notSomething they are not willing to compromise, seeing in this instance it was their fault for not allowing entrance.I have emailed and contacted numerous times and been told that I have lost my deposit due to no show!!I know the hospitality industry is suffering, but cheating people is not how to deal with this mater!!Please do the right thing please Mayfair bar management..@30/12/2021 - they did the right thing and paid back the deposit. As stated my review was on the basis of not entering the venue, as per reviewing a few of the comments i believe the vibe in the place is good and worth a visit.

The staff was so nice. A glass of cocktail was £20 including the service charge, but it's a normal price around there. Love the place. But the music was a bit too loud for a bar 😅 However, it is a photogenic place

Decided to go out in west end last minute and we end up in Mayfair bar. Had no booking at all The door man we met there named Christian helped us out with a table! Ended up being a really good night!

Great place, great bar, great atmosphere, great music and great cocktails.We arrived at around 8pm on Friday night and were greater nicely by door man and had no issue going in even without booking..We were there for couple of hours and enjoyed every minute.. cannot go wrong with this place whether with friends or girlfriend or even husband/ wife..

Excellent atmosphere good space BUT be sure to check your bill carefully, we had 4 glasses of wine each totalling to around £120 but paid £215 there we items on the bill that we didn't order only noticed days after checking the bill. CHECK YOUR BILL

Probably one of the best places in Mayfair to visit, incredible service and beautiful drinks, ambience is superb the bartenders have great knowledge..Peter and his staff know how to welcome you and make you feel welcome here.Steven the manager is incredibly friendly and made sure we wanted for nothing.Can't wait to come back

I absolutely LOVE the Mayfair bar . I think it’s obvious that it is one of my favourite spot in Mayfair. They make the best cocktails, hands down! Pierpaolo the manager and superstar team are really and truly THE BEST. They attend to you and your needs in a timely fashion, this is key when in Mayfair. The vibes is just electric, I would recommend anyone to check it out , you won’t regret it!

Was at the Mayfair bar on Saturday with my girlfriends and it was incredible, the cocktails the staff the vibes was on point. We even get a lovely seat and the cocktails were just flowing even the manager ask us if we were ok and if there is anything they can do which was soo lovely.I love the atmosphere the music and the new decor and loving Belvedere vodka design, if you guys are in mayfair or in the city go and check it out it's amazing here are some pictures of my visit.

Upscale bar restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.Posh atmosphere and customers.Service is quite polite and swift.Decent range of choices for food, coffee and drinks.Prices are aligned with the area bars. So expect premium but nevertheless reasonable for London and especially Mayfair.
