Food was great. I had a steak and it was one of the better done ones in my memory. The restaurant deco was a bit on the darker side. Gives a bit of relaxing and chill vibe. Service could have been a bit better or warm. No complains, but neither was it memorable.

Excellent food! Big portions, the steak was fabulous. The mac & cheese was so good too!Definitely need to leave room for the sticky Toffee pudding.

One of the most good experiences I have ever had in my life. The service then, it was perfect. Thank you so much for your attention with us! Kassim you're the best!

Please save your money NOW1. The £40 fillet medium rare, tasted extremely bland with no flavor. Even with the additional £5 bone marrow gravy sauce.2. The cheese burger…Rather have a McDonald’s Big Mac3. The smoked ribs were extremely dry.Had taste though, they chucked in extra spices to make sure you knew you didn’t have COVID.Drinks were fine lol if you desperate.Man been a huge fan of Gordon and his work on TV and YouTube. But tasting it in person was a true disappointment.

Normally I should’ve give 1 star only but I decided to be not too harsh.Me and my partner went to celebrate Valentine’s Day and also his birthday. We decided to use Valentine’s Day menu for our special occasion.I took the cocktail called something Atlantis around for £15 and it was tasteless. The fig cocktail was nice though.Let’s get to the main problem. It’s the service and also the portion of the food.Service, they didn’t ask what should we drink. We needed to search and beg. There is one waiter guy who was working around 9pm at the entrance door wasn’t in to his job. He took our empty plates but left the empty glasses behind. For a while later another waiter from far noticed and took it. The manager lady was very nice, when we asked to change table we preferred to talk to her instead of the annoyed waiter. Really, this waiter just hates his job, even if you were polite and nice to him he didn’t care any less and not even at least a smile. If someone doesn’t like people should leave hospitality or work back in the kitchen instead of ruining experiences. If the service quality was good, maybe I could’ve given 4 stars review but this was a big bummer for us.The dishes, I would say yes small quantity and overpriced but I’ve been in other restaurants so I understand the quality. The beef (forgot the name) valentines main menu was tasty despite that it was a small portion. The rest? Starters it’s like breadcrumbs. 1 of them was tasty the other ones was bland and it was like eating air. The desserts? Especially the brownie, had no difference then having a ready made brownie from Tesco. For a Gordon Ramsey restaurant it’s awful. Food in general was tasteless and generic with nothing special.I don’t think this is an actual Gordon Ramseys approved kitchen/ chef because I’ve been at a restaurant called The Coil Office and there was a chef who attended master chef and managed to go until the finals from Isreal (if I’m not mistaken, he might’ve gotten to semi finals). And his food was amazing, different unrelated ingredients were creating a mill to tasty experience which was shockingly amazing. People even comes from Isreal to see him. After that experience this restaurant was a big disappointment. I wish I have a chance one day to taste Gordon Ramseys approved and loved food.Ps. We went to eat after because we weren’t full :,)

We booked for a nuce meal out in London for my wifes birthday and it didnt disappoint. The bar and restaurant was nicely decorated, spacious and the staff were nice/friendly.We Chaple Down sparkling rose to drink to begin with. For starters we had some bread which was sour dough baked fresh and warm, we also had beetroot with buratta which was really tasty. We then had beers to go with our mains. Our mains were ribeye steak with chimichuri sauce and bone marrow mash, we also had the ribs they didnt hesitate to swap dishes out for us we swapped the potato salad for bine marrow mash and took away the slaw.Everything came in a timely manor and we thoughly enjoyed our experience

We visited the restaurant for my husband's birthday. The restaurant was quiet but the staff were exceptional. Drinks were ordered and brought to our table within minutes. The staff took time to talk with us and made us feel welcome. They even arranged a birthday plate without it being requested. We had visited the restaurant 9 years ago and I'm pleased to say the service and standard of food is just as good if not better than it was back then.

The food was great and fresh but over priced. In the kids menu the pasta was very flavoured but over over cooked. The good think is that the kids eat for free and because it was my birthday they surprised me with a small piece of cake and a candle.
