Mcdonald's Enfield Town in City of London

Met my expectations. Was a very nice quick meal. I did a custom burger and all the options were met.

In the middle of a busy retail park, this McDonald's gets very busy very quickly.The service is tremendously slow.From ordering to receiving time is exceptionally slow and tiring.The tables don't get cleaned and you're having to try and track a cleaner down to help.The drive thru gets so busy and they are prioritised over dine in customers.Never again.

I am not surprised when I saw good comments!To be honest there is unprofessional Staff with disrespect behaviour, of course not all of them but a lady on the counter she should be fired a long time ago I don't want include her name. manager need to advice her 100%She needs to control her anger 😠 😡 she act on different ways a lot of customers fighting with her.If needs not only name there is a pic

The new ordering system doesn't work and is slower in practice. Due to the number of people standing around waiting for their orders and the number of Uber drivers marching in and out, it's not a very nice place to sit and eat either.

Worst MacDonalds I ever seen, it bares the ridiculous, they cannot get 1 order right, 5 out 5 orders I got delivered was wrong and missing items, looks like something is going very wrong in there maybe even people stealing the orders or staff eating it. Lack of management is visible, a real shame the biggest food chain in the world is getting so bad, this place should ve closed down to preserve the image of the brand, but I guess it is still profitable and probably it is all they care about.

Today I ordered a meal, received cold fries so asked if they could replace them with hot ones and found she replaced the same cold fries in my bag. Also my burger was supposed to have no onions and way and behold there were onions with an over cooked dry patty and burger bun that had seen better days. This isn’t the first time that I have requested no onions only for them to ignore customer requests.

Very busy on a Saturday, but I got all my orders correct. Queue was fast so the service was quick, hence the term fast food.

Yesterday we ordered mc Donald’s and this was a “full” portion of medium fries.I’m not being funny but is that a joke?Disappointed to say the least

It's a standard McDonald's, with a combination of being able to pay at the counter or order using the touchscreen kiosks.I wish I got the name of the staff who I had a conversation with, he was such a sweet kid. I couldn't find what I was looking for on the menu and he came over to ask if I needed help navigating the screens, without me having to ask for assistance. And this is during social distancing measures, demonstrating that customer service can still be of high quality even in difficult times!Overall the food is exactly what you'd expect, the speed of orders were pretty good and the staff get 5 stars *****

Nice and modern with self-service machines and collection point. Cool artwork along with clean tables and seating too.There was however quite a long waiting time when I was there and the staff could be more pleasant.All in all, nice place.
