Mcdonald's Restaurant in City of London

food is really fresh and reservation so plowed. with my family we`re enjoy all the foods. 10/10

This team must fear any McDonald's management's review. The restaurant itself is fine, food is of expected standard for McDonald's and the place is clean. However, the team running this place is inefficient. Food is often piled up as the staff are terribly organised. Simple orders which could be served are delayed. Do not go at lunch, breakfast or dinner times if you see a queue. Inefficient processes ruin a fast food restaurant in an ideal location.

Not all the automated ordering screens were working and the printer that prints your order number was not working too. The menu asking if you want to continue without the printout blocks the order number. And by the time you select your option, the number disappears. McDonald’s might want to think how they do that again. Do in a nutshell. Make sure you catch the order number as soon as it spreads on the screen and remember it. Apart from that, no chocolate milkshake, but food was the usual offering. Worked for me. 😀

I have just come back from the McDonalds city rd drive through. The staff were very friendly and polite but there was one chips missing. That would’ve been ok, but this has happened so many times. The bag they gave us was so packed with food that we couldn’t even check it. What a shame!

I went there just for once so It's hard to say everything about their food and service. But what I've got it was good and fast though

I have ordered from here 4 times now and always requested no cheese on my orders. Every time they have still added cheese even though they have observed other changes. Bizarre. I’m severely lactose intolerant so I could not eat the main component of the meal. What is the point of allowing customers to make changes if you aren’t going to apply them. They don’t answer the phone either despite repeated attempts. Shocking branch that has a complete disregard for the customer.

Gets the job done. I stop here as a emergency pick up some early mornings. Service is what you expect (fast) but you can tell the staff here do there best. Had no complaint towards the food, always hot when served. It's a good thing they are open around the clock defo a positive fact.

If giving this place a zero was possible I would do so.I ordered a breakfast on the app and once i got to the shop they said i need to reorder in the shop even though i had already paid online.Another time i had ordered a sprite for my son and instead we were given sparkling water and when we asked one of the staff their excuse was that the sprite had run out.So instead of replacing it they had decided to give us sparkling water?!

Quite simply the worst McDonald’s in the world (yes I have sampled in multiple nations, none good but none this appalling) Ask for a burger without onion? Don’t be surprised if you get an onion. They have never got an order right. They are slow beyond belief. They are stressed overwhelmed and bogged down by the plague of Deliveroo/Uber Eats couriers who seem to get priority. Avoid if you value your health.

Update: same rider blocking the traffic again, after Christmas. The shop manager is too busy with Christmas decoration while this just eat rider blocks the traffic with his bicycle left on the yellow box.
