Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. After 30 minutes there was a huge stampede. No queue system. A guy shouting out random order numbers which were 100 orders before my own. Girls crying in the stampede. A real shambolic way to treat customers. If the place is too busy they should not take orders. I left without collecting my food. Embarrassing

The staff definitely deserve more stars, but unfortunately the restaurant itself was a let down. Very crowded and no tables to sit. Many ordering machines didn't release the ordering tickets, meaning that if you didn't pay attention at the screen, you wouldn't know your order no, therefore wouldn't know when it's ready. That didn't help at all as there were so many people waiting and staff shouting order numbers 🙄 and no one was collecting them.We waited 30 minutes for our order to be ready and only received it when we asked for it.

Hell on earth. Absolute chaos during peak periods. They use microphones to broadcast orders. You will be lucky to receive your food within 30 minutes - so much for fast food. It will inevitably be cold. You will probably miss your train. Either increase capacity or reduce the volume of orders. Too many times have I stood in here with 200 people waiting for an order. The worst mcdonalds in the UK.

This place is genuinely absolute carnage at around 11pm. Bouncers coralling drunken masses, staff on microphones announcing ticket numbers like the bingo, and people screaming and shouting and pushing everywhere. Never experienced anything quite like it!But after a few beers and at this time it's not unexpected. And surprisingly the staff manage to get orders right and keep things moving swiftly despite all the drunken masses. Not a great experience, but can't fault the staff and service!

It’s McDonald’s. Food is delicious. I’m sorry - but it is! Just don’t eat it for every meal.

For a train station McDonald’s - where the goal is to get the food out quickly - the staff are lovely and friendly. My McSpciy was okay, not as good as at other McDonald’s, but I think that’s probably a distribution issue more than anything. Highly recommend as a quick bite at the end of a night before catching the train.

The food was of a quality you'd expect from a McDonald's, however the fact they have removed all inside seating areas has led to a feeling of being in a cattle market (not even given a choice of eat-in or takeaway), with staff shouting order numbers at the tops of their voices or over a microphone while loud, EXPLICIT-LYRIC songs blare over the speakers. In my opinion this is absolutely awful. I had my 7 year old nephew with me, and I certainly didn't expect songs with "the f word" and "the c word" to be playing in a McDonald's at 7pm.The entire experience was extremely off-putting, and I will personally be avoiding this McDonald's (and any others with the same layout) in future. In my opinion, a McDonald's should be a welcoming place, but this felt more like a conveyor belt - come in, place order, get order, leave. Absolutely awful.

Not the best experience at this McDonalds yesterday! I appreciate that the folks that work here are very busy, but there is no excuse for being dismissive and rude when a customer politely asks for help! My order was called, I went straight to the counter and the chap who called my number gave what looked like my food to someone else. I expressed this, it was ignored initially, after pressing I was told my food was on the way. 10 minutes later, no food, number no longer on the screen, clearly my food was given to the wrong person. Tried talking to someone, was constantly ignored. Eventually spoke to a person that seemed to be in charge... not only rude but quite aggressively so, and wouldn't listen to me.Eventually he did and told a member of staff to 'sort this guy out'. Finally received my order 20+ mins after ordering and 15 mins after my number was called. 2 stars rather than 1 as the lady who gave me my food was very apologetic and kind, unlike her colleagues. Won't be rushing back!

Just what you expect from a McDonald's. You can order both online and from in store touchscreen machines, which is very convenient. They have good visibility of waiting customers and prepared orders in a large screen, which can keep you informed while you wait.It is better to take away from this outlet, because eating in may not be the most pleasant experience here.

They always make my food look like a car ran it over, used to go here for work lunch but everytime you open the bag it's similar to a car crash, when you complain staff are extremely rude and once threw a new burger at me, I don't, and will never go back here, they rip you off with trash because most pple who go there pass through. Worst mc donalds in London, hands down.
