Just what you expect from a McDonald's. You can order both online and from in store touchscreen machines, which is very convenient. They have good visibility of waiting customers and prepared orders in a large screen, which can keep you informed while you wait.It is better to take away from this outlet, because eating in may not be the most pleasant experience here.

This is the weirdest maccies ever. There are no seats and it’s like a cattle farm inside with two guys calling out order numbers. They even had security which was madness!Probs better to avoid unless you’re desperate and can’t be bothered to walk 20 metres to somewhere better.Food was as always reliably consistent.

I been there with my gf.We just order 2 separate food because we forgot to add some stuff. When i take my first order i was waiting next to my gf security guy came and he try to take me out, when i m try to explain we are TOGETHER and we have more order he just ignored me . This people not deserve respect!!

Went to pick up a delivery the manager and 2 staff 1 female and male started getting rude the manager didn't seem bothered about it. McDonalds needs to remove these cows and slow tarts.

I waited more than 30 minutes, being pushed around not only by other customers but also by security guy. When I managed to move to the counter and asked about my order I received not even half of it and was informed that I would need to wait even longer to receive the rest.

Swift service, kept clean, can get very busy but it is at Liverpool st so what do you expect hey🙂. Lost a star because there were no bins anywhere to throw away my sugar sachet & stirrer.

Worst McDonald's I've been to. It wasn't that busy and waited just over 20 minutes for my order that never turned up! I literally asked one of the staff when will my order be ready as they were calling other people's orders who weren't waiting long. Literally told me "It will be ready soon" in the end I literally walked out as I had somewhere to be! To top it all off I only ordered a cheeseburger and drink!Turns out it wasn't just me who had an issue a customer complained to the same staff member I spoke to about a drink he ordered, and it wasn't until this other staff member came and helped get his order as his drink was just sitting on the side. Another customer waited next to me for her order and the previous staff member that helped the other customer bumped up her order as he noticed she had been standing there for ages.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at McDonald's. The cheeseburger was stone cold and soggy. The Large tea was only half full and also stone cold. When I went to get this corrected, the server took 15 minutes to make a fresh cup of tea...

They always make my food look like a car ran it over, used to go here for work lunch but everytime you open the bag it's similar to a car crash, when you complain staff are extremely rude and once threw a new burger at me, I don't, and will never go back here, they rip you off with trash because most pple who go there pass through. Worst mc donalds in London, hands down.

Very nice staff, I was grabbing a coffee at 3.50am waiting for the station to open at 4am. It was take away orders only but the lovely security persons told me that I could wait inside because outside was too cold to wait out. Amazing service at the counter too.
