It’s a McDonald’s, nothing much to fault about it - though this is a franchise (nothing wrong with that!)Accessibility available, and your food can be delivered to your table. Staff are very accommodating of your requests - accidentally ordered a Fanta and were more than happy to swap it out for a Coke classic, without even charging sugar tax.

Always the best, the Big Mac in unbeatable. It's very busy at all times and all orders are taken from the big screens, there are plenty of them at ground floor and first floor. If you eat in then you'll find seats at the first floor, the place is nice and clean. The free wi-fi works well and it's pretty fast.

For two happy meal and two burgers menu I have waited 15 minutes, with many other clients served before me. They didn't have any mayonnaise either... Not exactly the standard service for Mcdonald.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have been to. Asked the staff member what was going on with my order as it vanished off the board and he became very aggressive, saying I had already taken my order. Luckily his colleague pointed out it had been left on the side forgotten..

Very busy as expected in this part of London. Plenty of seating space in this place with seats and tables available for small and larger group sizes. Toilet facilities are what you’d expect from a mcdonalds, below average btec, but what else can you expect. Hold onto it unless you’re diagnosed with kidney stones

Food good, plenty of seating. Only reason not 5 stars was because the app wouldn't work we had to use the in-house ordering screen and it didn't give an option to have food delivered to table which meant traipsing up and downstairs ourselves - glad I was not the only adult with our children as would've had to take them up and downstairs too or leave them alone at the table!

Service in this mcdonalds is a bit of a mess. The collection counters are extremely busy (obviously because it's Oxford Street so this can't be avoided) but the screens never match up to the order numbers. The only way to know when your order is ready is to hear the staff shout out your number. Most of the time the machines have no receipt paper so you need to remember the number, or order in the app.Overall the food is the same as any other mcdonalds and there are plenty of seats upstairs, but I think the ordering system needs to be updated to take care of the high capacity.

The festive variety is a must try as they're delicious, succulent and mouthwatering. I'm a core McDonald's lover and this venue surely delivered on quality and despite it been extremely busy, it also delivered in cleanliness too. Highly recommended as staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Probably made a mistake and had table service. Burger was Luke warm, fries were hot but they forgot my coffee which I had to chase up. I will never do table service in a McDonald’s again.
