Worst experience ever , smelly food, not worth the high prices, bad atmosphere, too slow services and bad vibes.I would recommend people to go to china town for Chinese food there is many restaurants respecting customers with better service and good food quality!Mr chow will never take feedback to improve their services because the customer is not important they just need to take ur money even if u don’t like most of the food .IF U WANT TO DAMAGE UR DAY GO TO MR CHOW ! 🤢

Great dining experience , very pricy. Service was excellent. Food was excellent👍

Overrated they’re extremely rude and they force you to order more ! We ordered chicken satay and they brought 4 pieces without telling us that they charge per piece . We didn’t ask for 4 pieces? 4 dishes for 200 pounds and their attitude is the worst ! Hated it 🤢

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻went the other day for a nice dinner with my friend we were two people. We ordered I couple of stuff that I have added pictures off. Don't let the pictures fool you. The chicken skewers tasted like frozen nuggets and the walnut shrimps were basically crispy shrimp with load and LOADS of mayo!Honestly from the food to the environment everything was disappointing. Speaking of the atmosphere and the environment, the tables and chairs were too close to each other like other people mentioned in their reviews it felt like I'm dining with the table next to us.Moreover, they haven't even mentioned about the minimum spend of £80 per person but when it comes to the bill it was basically a small papers that said how many starters and mains and they have a certain price to it for per person at the table! Which I totally didn't understand. Moving on, when it comes to ordering it felt like everything was being rushed by the waiters and they just wanted to take our order fast. If you're looking for authentic chinese then this place is definitely not your go to!

Worst experience ever. Tables are so close together, don’t think of romantic dinner at this place. Waiter didn’t give us enough time to look at the menu feels rushed, mayonnaise/sauce all over the food tasteless, bill came with minimum charge GBP80 per person where no one mentioned. Main dish wasn’t much better than appetizer.

Very classic restaurant, Delicious food and very helpful staff. Overpriced but always busy

In terms of the atmosphere:The tables were so close together that it felt claustrophobic. To even get up from the table, you have to push the table around, as there is otherwise no space. It felt like we were having dinner with the people next to us, so if you are planning to have a romantic night, don’t come here. On top of that, they alternated between pop music (something like Katy Perry) and jazz music, which was the most awkward combination I’ve ever experienced. Especially when the waiters wear tuxedos. In terms of the service:The waiter came back three times before we were ready to order. We were clearly still checking the menu, so this felt really rushed. In terms of the food:The chicken satay starter actually tasted like chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. If you close your eyes you wouldn’t be able to tell a difference. However, the main courses were much better. Especially the prawns with egg white.Overall, the best part was the table decoration.

I wouldn't even give this restaurant a one star. This is the worst Chinese I have ever had and wanted to warn others not to waste their time and money here. Food was horrible, fish seemed like it had gone off. We had one bite, paid the bill in full and left straight away (picture is how we left the table). The toilets are also very dirty. Just like the other reviewers here, we will definitely never return.

So this time for Mr chow, honestly, as a Chinese, this is probably the worst Chinese dishes I had. I beleive if I didnnt tell my friend this one from Mr Chow, they would say this one is from Chinatown takeaway shop. I do understand that in the Knightsbridge area, you might need to change the menu to fit the different taste. However, even the ppl seat next to us says the food was so bad. Honestly it really didnnt worth the money I spent. For a £200 more meal, I really expecting something really surprising, maybe from the decoration of the food, or maybe the quality of the food. Apparently none of them reach the expectations of mine. One last word for the future people try to go there: please if you want some decent Chinese food, PLEASE DONNT GO MR CHOW. It will ruin your idea of Chinese food.

1- Although the food was not bad, the service was awful !. 2- I didn’t like that they take minimum charge per person. 3- I’d never go there again.
