Nando's - Baker Street in City of London

Food was nothing special. Been to Nandos all across the world and the food here was the most basic. Could have done a better job in my own kitchen. I prepaid for my order and they missed 2 items out. I only realised after I left.

Great food, even better service! I have to give a huge shout out to warren who goes the extra mile for customers. He’s super friendly and made my Nando’s experience really enjoyable- promote him NANDOS!

Beautiful building and structure. Clean and tidy place. Posh restaurant. Near Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. 12 minutes walk from Regent's Park. Kids friendly place. Family friendly place also. Staff is very kind, courteous, polite and cooperative. Toilets are available here downstairs.

Yummy food and quick service. The chicken was succulent and didn't dry out. The staff was courteous and the ambience was perfect for babrbeque food. The chicken being halal was a great plus point at such a brilliant location. Looking forward to coming here more often.

No problems with the food at all but had to wait 25 mins for a table, there were tables available but due to the kitchen having too many delivery orders, they wouldn't let people to sit in until they had cleared most of the delivery orders. I would've thought that as it is a restaurant, filling the tables would be their priority but obviously not!!! I've written to their head office & I'm waiting for their reply.

Perfect stop if you are chicken lover. They got lot variety of sauce and soft drinks are refillable. Staffs were really helpful and they got 2 floor. I prefer sitting downstairs as I want to avoid the chillness everytime someone opens the door. Cheers 🥂

Very good experience at Nando’s Baker Street restaurant! Helpful and friendly staff, specially the manager Leanne, the smiley Shanice and Vanessa our waitress who often returned to ask if everything is okay. They are very welcoming, and kind…today was our second time here, but we will return for sure. Thank you!

Good option if you want something fast but you want to stay away from greasy fast food places - so many of them around Baker Street!There's plenty of choices for a chicken place: grilled chicken, wraps, burgers, platters to share, salada, side dishes... Lots of posdible combinations and even some vegetarian and vegan options. You can have a healthy meal if you prefer, or go naughtier with the chips and sauces.You can pick the level of spiciness for your chicken and have it plain if you can't handle spicy food as myself.And last but not least: the staff. I've been to many Nandos and this is my favorite. Yes it's my local but I ended up visiting this place more often cause staff is lovely. Kind, attentive, helpful. I've seen many customers treating them poorly and they still have a smile for you and they are grateful. They are the best!

One of the best place where to eat in company or even alone. During these cold evenings the atmosphere and the awesome chicken can keep you warm. Staff is well prepared and friendly, a lot of Italians. Keep the good work up.
