Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, when our table asked if we could please have some cutlery (as at my previous times at nandos we received our cutlery when we were seated due to covid regulations) a extremely rude member of staff ‘suzie’ replied “get it yourself”.

Food is good as expected in nandos. Very big. Long wait on drinks we had to ask about it when our food arrived. We ordered by a qr code on the app. Lots of sauces and cutlery available.

So awhile ago this afternoon, i dont mean to rant but my wife and i were ordered a full platter of chicken for sharing and was crammed into a small table for two. We decided to transfer tables where it would accomodate the size of the sharing platter. The staff(s) decided to kick us out because "the table was for 4-5 people" but behind the similar tables there were not one but 2 pairs of individuals on different tables. Idk wheres the consistency and the logic in that but i guess its the nature of people to discriminate. I can show the receipt and we can pull the cctv where it will show the inconsistency of this bunch.

Great Nandos. Food was easy to order using the QR code. It was brought to the table within 10mins of ordering. Fresh, hot and tasty.

Table was sticky and asked staff to clean it, our food became before drinks and also we had no cutlery which we had two ask members if staff and took ages once got cutlery food was cold. And they didn't come over to check if everything was OK when it wasn't. Would never eat here again

Usual Nandos offerings. Staff helpful. Not as clean as it could be.Called in just before the midday rush. We were immediately shown to a table that was sticky. The seats had seen better days too.Drinks were nicely chilled but why are Nando's glasses always warm?Our hot food arrived quickly but the chip portions varied from plate to plate: not helpful with eagle eyed youngsters.Gents' loos needed a clean and the ladies toilets were worse.Staff were courteous but kept interrupting the meal by trying to delivery other people's orders to our table.
