After waiting half my break to be served. I had to cancel my order after I was advised, that I can not request the sections of chicken, I would like to eat. I have requested specific pieces of chicken before at other Nando’s and found this not to be a problem. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Tried out this place for the first time. Not too bad. Enjoyed the big meal platter that gives you a variety of food to relish from. It's a stop over for lunch with friends kinda place. Definitely revisiting again.

As we entered the 'restaurant', we were greeted by a non-smiling staff member who abrasively admonished us to sit downstairs. In proper restaurants staff are trained to smile and enthusiastically welcome diners into the venue. If I was manager of this eating hole I would gather my staff together to watch youtube videos about the concept of 'service with a smile'.My assumption is that staff are not tipped here so if they smiled and greeted diners appropriately they could land their first tips.I wish them well in their journey to acquire good manners but we will dine elsewhere in the future.

Told it would be a 10-15 minute wait, which took over 30 minutes. Once downstairs (where you eat) it was a third full at best and the staff were not being attentive to when food was ready. The kitchen were great though, when the food began to stack up, no answer to the bell, they came out to deliver. Food tasted just as good as any other nandoes.

Chicken tasty but chips stone cold. Service dreadful. Food incredibly slow and it wasnt that busy, didn't bring a glass for bottomless drink. Would return to Nando's but not this branch

Customer service was absolutely crappp, food was delayed for at least 45 minutes and was not to expectations at all... The staffs were rude and not very helpful. I thought it would be a lovely experience taking consideration of the location but I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. We were told to wait for our table, which took 15 minutes (for a table of two), only for us to be taken to the dining area that was barely half full.Once we ordered our food we then had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for our meals to come which were just inadequate. My partners meal was cold and my boneless thighs were burnt. Poor service, poor food quality. I will not be dining at this establishment’s branch again.

Excellent host (Malia) but the manager shouted at that poor soul and felt really bad at why she be super rude like Karen!!. One more thing that I really don't understand that 80% of the restaurant seats were empty and lots of people were told that its full and have to wait 45 minutes. Most of the people didn't even wait. Owners should retrain Karen aka manager of this Nando's branch to respect staff as people are working for money but they should be respected. Simply shame on her to be rude and shouted at the staff (Malia) In front of customers. Unprofessional.

Acceptable wait for a table at lunchtime in London, however the app didn't allow you to add certain drinks so had to queue again for around 10 minutes to add a drink to the order. In the restaurant's defence, as soon as I raised the matter, someone sorted it out very quickly. Food was delicious and we were served in good time.

Upstairs Staff were nice and welcoming. We waited ~15-20 minutes to get a table. The restaurant is clean and cosy, perhaps one of the better Nando’s I’ve been to.Food was below average, portion sizes are getting smaller by the day and the wait time was too long.We waited 40 minutes after placing the online order to get our food. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken thighs, they weren’t filling (not sure if they were from chicks or full sized chickens) and the salad wasn’t fresh. It’s also difficult to get the waiters’ attention if you need anything from them (e.g. drinks) so you might as well forget about it.
