Nando's Finchley in City of London

I visited this particular Nandos chain with a group of work colleagues during a busy period. The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us. The food and service here was also good. Overall very nice.

Done an online order for collection but lost the reference details and the email hadn't come through. The first person on the front door who i went to speak didnt give me a chance to speak and said go over there, the 2nd person when i tried to explain to him i didn't have the reference details was confused....Thank God for Christina ( i think that was her name in a light brownish shirt ) asked for my name, confirmed what i had ordered and then 2 minutes later came with my order and said thank you and enjoy. What a nice person after such a bad start! Thank You Christina!

Had a really good time and the service was amazing - our servers were Vybe and Osaro! Absolutely lovely lads and I could see them making sure everyone in the restaurant was okay - their customer service is what made the whole experience better - the food was good and it came out pretty quickly too! Thank you Vybe & Osaro!

We Was seated really Quickly, especially as we had a big group. They compromised well, the food was amazing as always but a big shout out to Osaro and Guy-Fred helped us rectify a problem quick.

I always have an amazing experience when I come here. The customer service is always 10/10 and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Patricia and Isabelle were awesome and really made an extra effort to make the meal awesome. 🙂 I would highly recommend !!

Was busy when we arrived, but got a table for 2 luckily. Service was good. Long ques to order. Food was cooked well and brought to us in good time. I had a bluelight card but was told it wasn't accepted. Very odd. Overall a pleasant dining experience.

We waited almost 30 minutes and yet half the restaurant was empty. I asked for a table of two but for some reason i dont know why they asked us wait and it took almost 30 minutes. Not nice. Not nice.

Typical Nandos experience - haven't been in several years but everything's absolutely the same. Food arrived within 15min of order despite very busy restaurant, taste amazing and ordering experience improved by scanning a QR Code on your table. No Complaints, reliably good family dinner out and staff attentive and happy.

Every time we come here service is always on point! Service is quick, friendly staff and clean facilities. Decided to have dinner with the kids and we were looked after from start to finish - Marilyn was welcoming, Isaac was a legend as I was initially served a breast quarter and I don’t eat breast so he exchanged it for a leg quarter, Constansa’s customer service was top notch too!! A great evening overall and will definitely recommend. Will be back again soon!

Cute Nando’s place. Very convenient location as it’s just of the highway and has plenty of parking, also it’s right next to Vue cinema and bowling which is a great way to end your date.We went on the date here and it was fabulous atmosphere. I’m not a big fan of the online queue for the table and online ordering food for the table, as I think that’s very smartphone oriented and it discriminates people who don’t have smartphones or who simply ran out of battery.Anyway looking past that it was a good experience, tasty food, fresh and nice staff. Our waiter Kaifala even remembered us from other Nando’s we used to go to.Made our day.
