We love Nando’s because it’s just sooooo good, but the staff here made it an even better experience. Everyone was so nice, welcoming, and helpful. We’ll probably end up eating here at least 3 times on our 4 day trip.

We hadn't booked a table, so after a short wait on a Saturday evening, we got a table for 6 of us.Food was great and the service was so quick.

·

Food wise it's good but the staff is not that helpful .... For a glass of water they took 10 mins to give ... Which was not i was expecting .... I am regular customer but here no ... Receptionist was good she was polite .... Not happy with the service

Easily, the worst Nandos I've been to. The front staff was rude. The food took about 20 minutes to arrive after asking staff to check on it. The guy at the till was aloof and dismissive. The only thing keeping it from a 1 star is the food, which was standard nandos - It's pretty hard to mess that up. We won't be returning to this location again. A considerable drop in standards is disappointing to see.

I’m very disappointed. Usually I have good experience with Nando’s but this time I was embarrassed that I recommended this place to my fiancé. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We went to this restaurant couple of minutes before opening hours but when it should be open we had to wait 20 minutes outside with our little toddler until they finally opened. We ordered 10 chicken wings lemon herbs with chips and burger lemon herbs with coleslaw. Food didn’t taste suspicious in a restaurant but when we came back home we all didn’t feel well and our son couldn’t sleep at night crying because of his painful stomach and we all had diarrhoea! 😤 It was waste of money and time. 😒

Of all the Nandos I've been to in my life this was by far the worst. Person who was front of house stood at the desk eating pizza, another staff member then shouted at her about it from the bottom of the stairs. All the staff were miserable, one of the waitress slammed my sons drink down on the corner of the table and stalked off. They were out of so many things the table next to us left without ordering. The restaurant wasn't very clean either. We were sitting on the table directly under the stairs by some ornamental pots, the the layer of dust on them was very off-putting considering we are living with a pandemic I would expect cleaning standards to be higher.

Sadly, they'd run out of most of the chicken (only wings available) and side dishes (only chips were available) so that was disappointing. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The food we did manage to get have reliably Nandos tasty! Downside, it's the basement, so the WIFI signal is unreliable, which is frustrating when you have to order via QR code at your table! Still, we had a nice experience though! 😉

Slow service. Waited 35 minutes with a friend last night and the dining area was not even a third percent seated! No cashier so they asked us to use the scanning code to order, a new baffling experience. The staff did not clearly explain what to do so it took us even longer to order. Staff looked unhappy to see additional customers despite of their slow service. No thank yous heard after each customer leaves. The music played loudly, it was quite hard to hear my friend when we were there. The chicken we ordered was cold as already been grilled a long time. If I can only refund or ask for a newly grilled batch, it was a bad way to have a meal. We felt we were hurried as they said they will close at 2200. But still accepted us to wait for table at 2105 for 35 minutes! We will NOT EVER GO BACK IN THIS BRANCH! The whole experience was a waste of our time. I hope their staff IMPROVES THEIR HOSPITALITY SKILLS.

Visited about a month ago. Food was pretty great except the burnt corn cob. There was a girl who looked or acted like she was in charge and would quickly go from table to table and ask if everything ok. I said the corn cob was burnt and before I could finish my sentence she nodded with a smile and quickly left. Seemed a bit arrogant and going through the motions but perhaps she was just busy.

Staff lovely, food quick...covid safe ....only issue I have it as you are encouraged to order online and pay with the scanning of the code...the network reception was quite bad so it took us 20 min to order. Also folk and knife should have tissue around them so people eating together as colleague do not have to touch each other's cutlery.
