Nando's One New Change in City of London

Love the chicken wings. Halloumi sticks n dips is nice to try. If you can't eat too hot, go with mild.

This nandos was good as the chicken was cooked great and the service offered by staff was great.However, the creamy mash was not creamy at all and I had to return it as it was more solid than mash.They did offer to replace with a new one and even after I refused the new mash, they offered anything else as a replacement. 4 stars is more than fair here.

Not happyWaiting time is always 30min.They never let customers sit next to the windows just to not clean the top area. I always request it from before and staff say the top area is closed. Which is not good as its right next to the river but you can never see the view.

Amazing. I visited Nando’s today for takeaway lunch. On my entrance I was welcomed by the lady at the door and serviced by Jurl. My order tasted amazing today thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I had 5 wings, perri chips and Halloumi sticks. I am a regular at Nando's but my meal today was cooked to perfection. A very happy customer.

I'm going to review the features and services within this restaurant and then give my overall review. Starting with:Food - The menu has a decent variety of meals to pick from, but what's surprising was the vast variety of vegetarian food to chose from. The food itself, particularly the chicken was okay. It wasn't as tasty as KFC chicken but it wasn't bland either. It alright - although it's nothing to rave about.Customer service -  The customer service was average - neither good or bad. It's worth mentioning that 2 of the guys serving did make an effort to provide good service, which was nice and worth commending them for, the other staff members could learn from them.Queue speed -  I had to wait 5 minutes on average to get served and then 7 minutes on average for the food I ordered. The queues can be longer depending on how busy it is, but it usually takes no more than 5 minutes before you get to order which isn't too bad considering how busy the place is.Sitting space - The sitting area is heavily crowded as tables are located quite close to each other. I've always had to end up lowkey shouting when talking to the people I was sitting with because it tends to get REALLY LOUD. This of course makes it impossible not to feel subjugated to listening in on other people's conversations due to the loud crowds of people talking over each other.Lighting - The lighting inside is pretty dim which isn't really ideal for taking photos. I guess you could argue though that it's better for a dinner setting since it does set the tone for that.Atmosphere - The restaurant looks okay from the inside and out. However, it is lacking in terms of actual design and decor - but then again it's a Nandos chain so not much to be expected there. The background music is barely audible due to the loud crowds of people inside talking.Hygiene - This is unfortunately the part where it all fell apart for me. The men's toilet were a mess. 2 out of the 3 taps were broken and as you'll see from my pictures, the cubicle toilets where in bad condition. They were unclean and toilet paper was everywhere - I pitty the fool who has to use them and do not envy the one having to clean that up.Summary - Overall this restaurant is okay at best. There are much better options around in my opinion especially seeing as how the price is hardly competitive.

I have nothing to complain about. Delicious burger and quite exotic beer is all you need to know about Nando's. This is the best choice for those who love extremely spicy food :)

Nando's restaurant located on the first floor. Quite big seating area. Service was pretty quick even though it was peak time at lunch. Only thing is that it's quite noisy and the rear side has no windows so feels a bit dark.
