Nando's - Soho in City of London

First time here with a mate. Not busy. Probably more staff than customers. It was explained to us that we could order through their app which is terrible by the way as it never let us order anything. The staff weren't bothered by it and just left us to it. So with that we just went to Pizza Express instead.I'm sure the food is great. But not great customer service.

Great vegan options. Really good food and good value. They've done well with their vegan range. Seating nice. Venue ok.

Food was good and didn’t have to wait long for it. Almost all the staff members were welcoming and accommodating. The place was clean and the downstairs is spacious. I feared to go to nandos in central because most reviews lean on the negative but this one pleasantly surprised me.

As a lover of Nando’s. We visited with friends to Nando’s Soho. Placing and ambiance was good and neat. People were so helpful and was friendly. We ordered chicken, corn on the cob, spice rice, peri peri chips, veggie bean burger. The waiting time was minimal. Got everything hot and well cooked.

My 2nd time at Nando's and I visited with a friend. Although it seemed like the people who served us were under training, the experience wasn't bad at all. Food never disappoints.

Visited for a quick lunch and tried the plant based “Great Imitator” wrap with a side of mashed potatoes and soft drink for £14.00.The wrap was good, very tasty and the “meat” was tender, the size was small tho and therefore not very filling.The mashed potatoes could be more creamy and with better flavour to it.

Although a lovely looking establishment the service and quality control of the food let it down massively.My partners chicken was served to us very pink in the middle, nearly completely uncooked; we wouldn't have minded this usually as mistakes happen however, the two servers who resolved the issue never once apologised for the mistake. That is the reason for the very low rating, would not recommend it.

Stopped by to pick up some of my favourite cheesecake to go. There was a bit of a wait (completely understandable on a Friday evening) but both the guard on the door monitoring capacity and Giovanni who served me were very friendly and courteous. What a pleasant experience!

Service, welcoming was good. The waitress took time to explain how to order and gave us some good advices regarding the sharing menu. 4* and not 5 is because we had some issues to connect and get everything online.

Not a great experience at this Nando’s branch. The decor is nice, but ordering took about 15 minutes as the cashier was extremely slow and didn’t understand how to redeem rewards. I get she may be new, but not even the manager was able to comprehend that we wanted reward points redeemed. Then, our food came at drastically different times; one dish was cold by the time we got the other. Also, near close on a Friday, off-duty staff were treating the studio like their personal clubhouse, being loud throughout the restaurant, even shouting at staff to join them after their shifts. Next time, I’ll just walk to the nearby Covent Garden location or skip Nando’s altogether in the West End.
