Delicious. A bit pricey but that's expected at a nice restaurant. Love the decorations and the service here was top tier. I love how you get to pick from different levels of spices and how you can get your own.

Nice and cosy place to eat in or take away. friendly staff and all the tasty flavours of Nados Restaurant. Would recommend this place for quick bite and easy access to London Victoria Station.

Visited this restaurant while on a day trip to London. There was some confusion with voucher we intended to use but staff were very understanding and helpful. Food was served promptly after placing order. Both adults and children that had late lunched enjoyed meal a lot.

Typical Nando's near to Victoria Station. Decent prices, lovely staff, food tasty (especially corn and chicken). Good place!

Overall comfortable experience, quick to order at the table by scanning a barcode and using the Nando's app. The restaurant was busy for a Sunday evening before my coach journey from Victoria, yet I was still seated as a walk-in.However, at first I was served someone else's food, then my meal arrived without cutlery and it was difficult to flag down a server to get some. The 'fino' pitta was too spicy for Lemon & Herb (usually milder at other branches) and generally greasy and tasteless. The table also looked as if it hadn't been wiped down, which is fairly critical in these Covid times...Again, not too bad overall, but not brilliant either.

I really can't fault the EXEMPLARY customer service at this branch, full of young, enthusiastic and friendly staff but yesterday evenings meal was a cause for concern. Both slices of Garlic Bread EACH had a long brown hair on it and the first bite of the Butterfly Chicken Thighs had a short grey/white hair on it too. All 3 hairs l had to retrieve from my mouth!!! 😲🤮 Not finished yet. The first taste of mash was lukewarm. The second was 'fridge cold'. I sent it back as it was inedible. Nearly 10 minutes later, it was returned to me NUCLEAR HOT!!! Whilst waiting, my hand touched something sticky on the underside of the table. Never mind, I have hand gel. I can't fault the ambience but PLEASE, more attention to the food is GREATLY REQUIRED.

Good service, good food for chicken lovers everywhere. If dining in, the Roulette is a nice way of guessing and sampling all the sauces before ordering you main course.

Just around the corner from Doubletree Hilton, we were walking by and decided to eat very early dinner at 3 PM, so we wouldn't have to go back out, jet lagged and all from our trip from our home in Las Vegas. Even at this time, the place had several tables filled, but plenty of space to sit inside or out (it was too cold). My wife and I each had a quarter chicken, but with only the mildest spice rating, we should have gotten a little hotter. Chicken was juicy and tender, but a little more spice would be better, even for myself, I am not a spicy food lover, or my stomach isn't :-). I had chips, nothing special there, but we both had corn on the cob sides and the ears of corn were large and very very good. If I lived here, I definitely would go back. Place was clean, well kept, particularly for a "sort of fast food joint", well lite and they cleared away you plates for you.!

Really busy but the staff were so polite and a credit to the company. Although one item was missing (did click and collect), Larry was fantastic at resolving the issue. Food was the nicest ever. Thank you so much.

The portion size for my meal was amazing. I was pleased with it, however the portion size for my partners meal was a little too small. He had a burger if some sort with I think peri chips. It was nice food though
