Nando"s in City of London

Service is terrible. We waited 40 minutes for our food after which I had to remind them about our order, not only did the waiters not even speak English, I had to give my whole order to the chef again because for some reason they didn’t have it on their system. After this the food came quick but it was not good and obviously rushed.

Came in at the busiest time of the day, got a table for 4 straight away and food came very quickly and piping hot. Service was also spot on!

Staff were bubbly and great, unfortunately spicy rice, straws and peri chips were out of stock.

Amazing find. This is such a lovely place right in the heart of 'the city'. Sooo relaxing comfortable surroundings and great food. The staff, what can I say, well they really make this place sparkle, so nice, helpful and lovely. I don't know your names but you are great, thanks for making my evening.

Delicious food, good portions and easy way to order online while at the table. Service was very fast. Will come back.

Love the food but the service is a shame. They are just not able to deal with the lunch and dinner time (started months ago). In the rush they produce black burnt food in the case they give you what you ordered - tested eat in/take away/collection.

Most restaurants were closed after normal office hours but this place was still open. Orders to go are on the street level with seating area downstairs. Food was good, I would go back again.

It was very busy when we arrived, however we were seated within ten minutes of waiting. My friend and I ordered separately, with me ordering the Veggie Cataplana (with no coconut shavings on the top). The food was with us ten minutes after ordering, and was delicious! The Veggie Cataplana is a very decent portion for the price, and I would definitely order it again.When it came to ordering dessert, the lady on the counter (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) gave me the frozen yoghurt for free, which I thought was extremely kind of her. The staff were very attentive, and kind, considering how busy it was! Would definitely visit again if I were in the area. The only downside is the fact the toilets are downstairs, which is inconvenient for myself. However that isn't their fault!
