Nemesis Shisha Lounge in City of London

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The problems started before we even walked in.. was told we couldn’t wear what we wanted to wear and so we changed and came back. We got seated and the seats were like primary school chairs. Could barely even sit in them and the staff were rude. Looked at the menu and the prices for what the lounge was didn’t correlate. The staff were so passive aggressive and wanted to get us out quickly because we were making our minds up about wanting to go somewhere else or stay there. I was not ever going to give them my money. Useless and pointless trip to this place. Don’t bother, your better going to Mayfair and getting shisha for the same price for a better experience and a better atmosphere.

Amazing Food Wings are absolutely delicious!Cocktails are £12.50 quiet steep for New Cross Mia Tia was tooo good ! I’m local so will Defiantly going back! Shisha was great too we had blueberries mixed with I think it was called lolo 😍Quick Service Friendly Waiter's!

Well well well I can say the food was awesome, cocktails absolutely fantastic, shisha really professional and nice, vodka shall be frozen, but for now I'm ok 😋 service is a real treasure of that place. If you get on me cocktail order straight away next one to give a time for preparing next one miracle X ! Thank you for a good night ! See you door officer!

Unbelievable food and ambience (beef suya, prawns and meat platter) especially for the location...it has a central london feel inside but the benefit is you don't have to travel as far if you live in South London. Good shisha too which is a nice touch after your meal. The takeaway spot is next door which I'm now a regular at...

It's a lit place just like the name. I love their suya and special cocktail. It's a lovely, clean and very easy to locate. Their staffs are very friendly.

First time in LIT SHISHA BAR & RESTAURANT and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The Suya is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

My first experience was amazing , The food was delicious all the food we order was not disappointing 10/10, the vibe was amazing 🤩 I’m hoping to come back again in January for my birthday 🙏🏾I want to say thank you to a special staff that made our experience really great forgot to ask her name😅 her customer service was outstanding 💯🔥

My friend and I really enjoyed this shisha bar. There is good range of shisha flavours. The food and drinks are great too! The staffs are very friendly. Defo recommended!

LIT cockatiels look good and taste even better. I had the beef and the prawns, both were 10/10 for flavours and presentation. The customer service was second to none. Can't wait to go back and try more food on the menu.

I went with my cousin. My first impression was that the place is small but cute decor. I ordered plantain and suya. Worst decision ever. The plantain was painfully bland, no salt and hard. The suya was hard, the seasoning didn’t taste good. Just bare spice and vibes. My cousin had shisha and a bottle of Hennessy and coke. After the bottle of Hennessy was finished. (It was shared with two other guys. My cousin isn’t an alcoholic). The waiter requested for the bottle back. Excuse me but if I paid £150 for a bottle of Hennessy I expect it to be brought to me by Jesus himself and no you can’t tell me what to do with the bottle after. Anyways, the customer service was a bit poor. Would I be coming back? Definitely not.
