Average hot pot experience. £25.80 is good value compared to some in the area charging £50. Large portions but a lot of the stuff is frozen. Restaurant has lift. Note when you get here you must go the basement for hot pot and normal restaurant is on the main level. Drinks reasonably priced. Would consider going again. 2 hour limit on hot pot weekdays and 1 hour 45 minutes weekends. Does accept card payments as majority cash only around here.

Buffet hot pot was lush, plenty of meat, seafood and vegetables to choose from. Good price for only £28 and the staff are very friendly! What a great experience.

We visited this place and we thought let’s go there again, they said they don’t space downstairs only upstairs when that’s not the case you can see there is, went upstairs when staff rude, food comes whatever whenever, even soup came near the end, rice cold without the stir fry then we cancelled as was no point and rice wasted, they charged me for prawn noodles instead of pork when noodles lookslike £1 dish and when asked for the manager just kept waiting and asked again when they said manager not here, we paid and left and can see the manager is downstairs not bothered. If I could rate it 0 star I would, never again. Will go other place next time as china town full of nice restaurants.

Well the seafood noodle soup was really bad taste, we couldn't eat it. The worst thing was the mandatory charge of 10% for service in the bill/receipt issued without asking or confirming. We weren't that satisfied with the service either, a woman was taking our glasses without even asking just to force us leave the restaurant, although they were other clients still eating...

If you end up here, watch out, this place is running a scam operation. We stopped in for some dim sum and a bottle of sake. We received an unsealed bottle with 300ml rather than the 330ml stated on the menu, only noticed this after we both agreed the sake tasted watered down. The manager came out and agreed to take £2 off the bill, then the waitress gave us a lecture on complaining to her rather than asking the manager in the first place, making us both very uncomfortable. When the bill came, we were on high alert and noticed they had charged us £5.50 for our £4.80 grilled veg dumplings. We then asked for the manager directly and he said we were charged for chicken by mistake. I pointed out the receipt said grilled veg. He then said it was a computer error (makes no sense). No apologies given. He took the service charge off the bill. While from a money stance on an individual basis this isn't a big deal, it's obvious they are running a scam that would mostly go unnoticed and over time would increase their profits. The food was fine (not great), just please please watch your bill.

Definitely the best Chinese meal we have ever had! Came here for the start of Chinese New Year. Despite being extremely busy the service was excellent. We had the set seafood menu which included lobster. The portions were very generous and so tasty. We couldn't finish it all but they were quite happy to pack it up to take home. Will be back!

Had the unlimited hotpot on a Thursday evening for two people. Was £25 each and lots of different meats/seafood/veg included. Very good value and would definitely come back.

Textbook hotpot and at 25 a head is amazing value. Everything is top quality and the only thing perhaps, if nit picking, not on par with places where you'd be paying 50+ a head is perhaps the ball-based food, at a push.Atmosphere is amazing, lovely corner restaurant and bright but cosy decor. Exactly the experience one would look for in Chinatown and I will readily return additionally for non-hot-pot offerings.
