Fantastic food and service, fine dining thats reasonably priced and actually fills you up.My favourites are:the chicken liver with sour cherry's on the potatoe pancake. The smoked eel with potatoe saladMushroom dumplingsAnd the pork schnitzel which is huge and very tasty. The roast duckThe lamb is also good.I'd recommend trying a few starters/ small plates.I must say this is definitely one of my favourite restaurants and it's been consistently good for many years. The drinks menu is quite vast and the quality of the drinks served is also really good, I'd recommend having a couple cocktails, they're quit strong so bare that in mind!

As a Pole living in London I am so impressed with this place. I can't believe I have only discovered it after 17 years of living here. Delicious food with a twist, like anchovies on the pork escalope or beetroot and chilli Martini. Quality Polish vodkas. Service very friendly. Thank you!

Food/drinks and ambience is 5 star, however the service is very slow, hence the 4 star rating. We went yesterday afternoon for a drink in the cocktail bar and ordered a Zelensky (as some of the proceeds go towards Ukraine) which I thought was a nice initiative, given the current circumstances. We also ordered some chicken liver placki and a smoked eel salad which was very nice, however we then asked for a sernik (cheesecake) for dessert but had to wait 45 minutes for it, despite numerous reminders. The younger blonde woman working behind the bar was not the most friendliest of bar staff either and we did notice that some people in the bar got table service whereas others didn’t…Would consider coming back to try the food from the restaurant menu, but hopefully by then Ognisko have improved their customer service.

Flawless! Wide range of options on the menu - the food is excellent. Fig and artichoke salad was light and exquisitely prepared - fantastic appetiser. Chicken tabaka was something new but was packed with flavour and a considerable portion size. Finally, the pavlova was nice to finish off the meal - sweet and Delicate. Service was great and for the large portions the prices were reasonable. Will definitely return!

My first time eating Polish food and it didn’t disappoint. The sea bream was excellent. Service was really good and the place has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Such a romantic restaurant! I truly love the atmosphere. Their food were all really scrumptious and hearty. I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes again.

Easily one of the best Polish restaurants in London. They have a good range of vodkas (including home flavoured) - and I highly recommend the honey vodka at the end of the meal. Steak tartare is offered both un/mixed and the pelmeni and pierogi are perfect starters alongside a more herbal/aromatic vodka. The mains are well portioned, and good quality - and you shouldn't be leaving hungry.

What a surprise this was! Beautiful interior, but even better food and service. Not fussy, super friendly despite the apparent grandeur and the food was delicious. I was so pleased to see things like veal and rabbit on there. Chicken livers were also a highlight! Fab wine choices as well!

Beautiful, historic place. Lots of events there, you can learn interesting facts about Polish history and culture. There's stylish bar there too were you can relax.

Excellent service! The waiter was super friendly, and we got a cute table in the terrace with a view to the park. It’s not on the cheap side, however the quality was superb. I bet this restaurant-club has many stories to tell.
