Excellent food and waiting staff. Couldn't have been more friendly and attentive without becoming overbearing. Slightly awkward furniture made eating harder than I would have liked.

Beautiful interiors, not too over fussy, very British and love the design around horses and horse guards...We ate at the restaurant as part of a Birthday treat for my best friend. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional as well as masked 😷 up. We even got a lovely personal message on my Instagram page from the Hotel wishing my best friend a lovely birthday and happy to be a part of it...lovely touch

My partner and I had a three course Festive meal at the restaurant before Christmas. All three courses where excellent and where washed down with a nice bottle of Prosecco. The person serving us (I believe called Ayesha) was very good and attentive and the surroundings and decor in the restaurant and Hotel was exquisite. We would definitely eat here again

Very nice hotel, perfect dining experience, 3 course meal and prosecco. We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a slice of cake as a token. Very much appreciated, now that's what I call a 5 star service...

Really excellent meal two from three and the third was sorted beyond satisfaction. Trio lamb cutlets excellent, salmon and chicken were similar. Very nice range of desserts and wines. We went for a late lunch at 3.30 pm

Firstly the Welcome was OK, we were seated.The decor was a little outdated and the table cloth had 3 holes not sure how this was laid. The sugar and sweetner was similar to a coffee you'd get from a standard coffee shop so this was a let down.The tea had to be sent back as it was luke warm at first but came back hot after the request.The sandwiches were very small and thin.The scones on tne otherhand were large but could have been warmThe clotted cream was a little too hard.Overall presentation was standard.The staff were nice and friendly and attentive.Last point this was booked under wowcher and prebooked with details provided.After leaving we returned as the staff didn't realise we were wowcher and presented an £89 bill.After explaing that the wowcer was sent weeks before the staff couldn't understand why we didn't tell her we were wowcherWe arrived and I gave my name and the initial booking was under my name for wowcherAfter several back and forths it was the last nail in the coffin.I would ask the hotel to look at montcalm as a comparison for decor as they are both high stars and for the cost of the afternoon tea look at Cafe conciertaThis is NOT worth it especially at £89But neverthelwss it was an experienceKind regards

My daughter and I went here last Monday night and had a living social voucher. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and efficient. Our two servers were Claudia and Ramona. The prosecco was served straight away while we looked at the menu. All three courses were so delicious and we really enjoyed our evening! The surroundings were so nice too. We'll be back!

I've wanted to come here for a long time. I am a native of our state. I began watching mob documentaries as a result of Covid19. This place completely blew my mind. The food was delicious, and the restaurant has a Mafia history. I had a great time. Every penny was well spent.

Loved it, I got a voucher for my mom's and mine birthday, we got a free 3 course meal and a bottle of bubbly which we both enjoyed, the waiters and waitresses were really nice and we got great service, would recommend this place for a small celebration or a fancy meal.

Lovely looking place, really nice and cozy, lots of places to gather and sit for a relaxing pre-dinner drink. We had a voucher gift of a three course meal with champagne as an Anniversary gift. We loved the whole experience and would certainly recommend. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Take care when ordering water... ask for tap water each time you order more water, if that's what you want, otherwise you'll automatically get charged for bottled water. Otherwise all was perfectly good. 🌼
