Had the BEST time at afternoon tea here celebrating my mom's birthday! Sabyra was taking care of us, and she made our time so wonderful, she was very attentive and made sure we loved everything. Tea and food was delicious too, best scone I have ever had.

Calm atmosphere ideal for a small group of friends. They have great selection of loose leaf teas too.

Afternoon tea is a delight. I am a vegan with many allergies, and I was well catered for. Beautiful setting, lovely food, and excellent service. I would like to mention Altay, who was very attentive. Cannot praise the Park Room highly enough.

Fabulous afternoon tea experience! This was my first afternoon tea experience and I absolutely loved it! The venue is impeccable, the ambiance is great very well completed by the live piano. Excellent service by Manuel who was our star and made sure that everything was just perfect. Very polite, professional, presentable and friendly. The venue, the ambiance plus the service and presentation was just the perfect match. To add to it Manuel offered us some take away cakes as we left.Would highly recommend!

For me, definitely the place for an afternoon tea. A bit to the expensive side, but with a 5 star service and worth every penny. Remember ... Have a light lunch...as this tea will be worth lunch and dinner. They are very generous with the refills and the cucumber sandwiches are magnificent. This is a real afternoon tea experience.

Excelent place for afternoon tea. Gluten free menu available at recuest if you mail or book online beforehand. You get small sandwiches, scones and asortet gluten free pastries. You can also get your leftovers to go in a cute paper bag.

I wanted to give Park Room five stars, but when bringing three people to the afternoon tea we found the service confusing and not at all up to standard. This was a grave disappointment when I booked on behalf of a guest who had flown in especially for valentine's day. We received two tea stands, and instead of one person recieving his own and the other two of us receiving enough treats to share, I had to sit and saw each dessert in half with a butter knife. Sandwiches you can request more of, and scones as well I believe. So that everyone could try each cake however, it was unnecessarily stressful and messy. I've taken tea all around London and even less expensive locations offer a more logical solution. We decided later in the week to try the Mandarin in Knightsbridge which was lovely but even so my valentine's lunch on the day was not up to par.

Delightful unrushed afternoon tea, excellent traditional and also open sandwiches, scones with choice of jams, and petit cakes. Choice of leaf teas refilled as required and with fresh cups. Also sandwiches replenished meaning pretty full getting to cakes. Not to worry, not only cute doggy bags for leftovers but extra cake added. Very high class surrounds with live piano music. Perhaps only down was the noisy groups inevitably on the champagne. Cloakroom for coats etc. All provided by very attentive staff with very high standard of service. I do recommend for a special occasion.

One of the most relaxing places to enjoy a very good cup of cafe latte and it's renowned cheese cake. Thoroughly satisfied, services are excellent and highly recommend the Park Room.

Lovely afternoon tea booked through bookatable. This included free flowing champagne with which the staff were very attentive. The food was great, no chance we could have eaten it all and they gave you more cakes to take home. Overall a really nice experience having afternoon tea here.
