Pequena Mexican grill in City of London

Don't often post reviews but this place really made an impression. I just had one of the most delicious burritos that I've ever had in London. Ingredients were fresh and the chicken was tasty and plentiful. It's a nice change from the nice but more uniform burrito from the likes of Chilango/Chipotle and Wahaca. Highly recommend.

Delicious burrito, exactly what a hungry man like me is looking for on a Friday

Over-priced. I paid £9.30 for a pork burrito and a coke. They only gave me a few strands of pork and a small spoon full of chorizo. Most of it was rice, and it left me hungry. The burrito was smaller than the can of coke. It would only cost them a few more pence to give a reasonable amount of meat. I wont be going there again - far too expensive. Much better value at Whitecross Market.

3 month ago I gave a 2 star review due to the ever decreasing portion sizes (my burrito was about the size of hotdog sausage); I recently I decided to give them another try and on this occasion the portion size had improved, I'm hoping they'll keep it up.

This is a British burrito, not a Mexican one. Lack of flavour in the meat, beans and sauce. Sufficient for a quick bite but nothing special, would possibly visit again

Excellent burritos, but annoying that you have to pay extra for half of the options. Quick service, and a favourite with city workers - often queues out the door! Regular offers, so worth signing up for their mailing list or following their twitter to make the most of it.

My previous review was 5 stars but this has now downgraded to 2. The prices have recently increased and the quality and quantity of the food seems to have decreased. On my last visit the lettuce was not fresh and was browned. The quantity of rice/beans/meat in the burrito has also been reduced compared to my other visits. Not really recommended for value for money - you are better off going elsewhere.

Reasonable burrito, although I was (rightly) sceptical about the vegetables they added to the vegetarian burrito - a common pitfall, they were a bit undercooked, and the crunch doesn't go well with the rest of the filling, in my opinion. Would rather they focus on the rice and beans, neither of which were particularly great. Went for the medium sauce, which was pretty flavoursome, and saved this from being a bad burrito.

First-Time there after hearing from the chaps at work about it, firstly the brown rice wasn't cooked properly, they were a bit stingy with the salsa, and I get a really dodgy tummy later that night. Also, was a bit pricey at £6.15 for a chicken burrito. I guess I was just very unlucky

Not going to lie - I walked right past this location the first time I went to visit, so do keep an eye out! Located just behind St. Paul's, Poncho 8 serves up one of my favourite burritos in London in record time. The staff are also super friendly, so the trip is guaranteed to be a treat. Come hungry and order the pork! And if you're a vegetarian, I am happy to report that their vegetarian burritos are superb!
