Pizza Hut in City of London

The restaurant looks lovely inside. Friendly staff. Food was nice, could have sliced my peppers like on most of their takeaways pizzas normally.

First of all, the waiter didnt write down our order, instead he memorised it off the top of his head, he confirmed our order with us three times. My boyfriend received his pizza before mine. We questioned this and the lady we asked said shed check for us. she did not. We then questioned the waiter himself and he said 'I thought you had the same pizza' we confirmed this was not the case and repeated my pizza to him again. My pizza arrived after my boyfriend had finished his pizza, and it was the wrong crust, not only this but it was sloppily made. I would not recommend

Pizza was typical hut fayre and tasted not too bad. However, the restaurant was filthy with disgusting, uncleaned bathrooms, food detritus all over the floor, sticky tables, dirty cutlery and a soda machine that was splattered with old juice spillages. Avoid if you want a comfortable dining experience.

Manager was very unfriendly. The waitress very lovely. We were there with three kids and she was very patient and helpful. The food we ordered was good in taste and quality

Pretty poor for a central London restaurant out of four pizzas ordered two didn't have the ingredients as requested. Also the salad bar was missing a few items. The whole place was fairly tired and could do with an update. I won't be visiting on my next trip to London.

It's a Pizza hut, what do you expect? As advertised, pizza is tasty, just a bit cramped seating. Our table was literally 30 cms from the next table, and this during Covid restrictions. But still enjoyed it!Weirdly the pizza hut around the corner had half an hour wait, while we could walk in to this one without problems.

Disappointed by my last visit, when I know they can do better. I ate in and ordered a base pizza with extra toppings, in this instance, mushrooms and ham.The pizza did have the toppings, but, it looked like the chef added one mushroom, thinly sliced and scattered over. I made a comment to the staff as soon as I saw it, but they made light of it and left without offering to address it.One mushroom, at best, doesn't warrant the extra cost! Very disappointing.

Excellent staff, MOD was very kind, she gave us the prompt table during there busy evening, offered us high chair for my kid. Friendly staff, Carl was very kind in his service. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for making our evening wonderful.

Can you ever go wrong with Pizza Hut!? NEVER! Really warm atmosphere, lovely welcoming staff and a scrumptious menu. Look forward to coming back here again soon! Thanks for all the hospitality guys. Have a lovely week 🍕
