Pizza Hut in City of London

This worked for us. Unlimited refill of sodas is just genius - dispencer sodas I dont’ care, great location, clean, superfrienly staff, affordable prices for a family and pizza is pizza, almost everywhere - time to admit that. A dish almost impossible to do bad and the hutter is no exception..

Kayshan, he was our server and an absolute star. He deserves all the recognition and praise from his management and from head office if possible. He was practically running the place alone the 2 other girls had been in the kitchen or somewhere. We had barely confirmed our order before our glasses appeared, and our pizzas arrived it was perfect. He was ensuring as soon as everyone left he cleared the tables and washed them thoroughly. He was going so fast that he dropped a couple like signs and apologised when one next to our table fell we picked it uo for him though as he was the most efficient worker ive ever seen. He was doing the work of about 3 people, he was probably going well above his pay grade. He wanted to make sure everyone was having the best possible experience.

Unfortunately worst buffet at this pizza hut branch and I've been here a few times in hopes it gets better. Pizzas are often cold, and not enough cheese. They also sometimes burn the pizzas. Cutlery is also always dirty.

Service /staff was OK but the pizza had no flavour bar from cardboard unfortunately the menu you could hardly read as it was so worn and the glass of red wine tasted waterd down and there was no opertunity to pay cash that was made very clear on entering .

Amazing service, my partner accidently added extra drink refills to our order and the staff approached us and said they'd give us a refund before we'd even asked. Food was delicious!

When did they last clean? Not good. My grandson, 3 years of age would not eat the slop of runny cheese on his plate. Then he wouldn't eat the ice cream. I tasted both and wouldn't have eaten it either. Never. Never again will we step foot in Pizza Hut. Money down the drain. Not how I remembered this chain. Staff were fine.

The restaurant looks lovely inside. Friendly staff. Food was nice, could have sliced my peppers like on most of their takeaways pizzas normally.

First of all, the waiter didnt write down our order, instead he memorised it off the top of his head, he confirmed our order with us three times. My boyfriend received his pizza before mine. We questioned this and the lady we asked said shed check for us. she did not. We then questioned the waiter himself and he said 'I thought you had the same pizza' we confirmed this was not the case and repeated my pizza to him again. My pizza arrived after my boyfriend had finished his pizza, and it was the wrong crust, not only this but it was sloppily made. I would not recommend

Can you ever go wrong with Pizza Hut!? NEVER! Really warm atmosphere, lovely welcoming staff and a scrumptious menu. Look forward to coming back here again soon! Thanks for all the hospitality guys. Have a lovely week 🍕

Warm place, excellent food🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕, nice and friendly staff 💯💯💯. Perfect place to rest and recharge for a new lap in shops or just admire the Christmas lights on Regent St or Oxford St. 🎅🎅🎅
