Fabulous location, amazing staff and service, standard premier inn, very comfortable beds, good shower, basic rooms with old style premier inn bolt on open plan furniture, would recommend and would stay again without hesitation

The hotel was fairly average, nothing spectacular about service or the room... while it was good for convenience, and the noise outside wasn't overly disturbing, we were somewhat dismayed by the lack of a functioning hair dryer and the fact that we had to request an iron from the front desk. I suppose they are concerned about irresponsible guests for the latter, though. The TV was very small - we were expecting a big-screen TV. Water pressure in the shower was good though, and the room was clean. So all in all, not horrible but not top-notch either.

Great location for exploring London, good service and the room was nice and comfortable - had the best night’s sleep in a while (..though that may have been the ten miles of walking I did that day!) The TV wasn’t working in our room (and was rather small) but the woman on reception gave us free breakfast vouchers as compensation which was lovely. Plus we were so tired we just went straight to bed when we got in anyway!

Reasonable price to stay in city center. 5mik from Tower Hill station.Family room is good for family having two schoolchildren.Breakfast is just 10.5gbp and children are free with one adult. Full English breakfast with croissant and pancakes.Room is clean but bit old. Shower is not so hot to me.Totally satisfied.

A warm welcome, room was very clean. The food was very nice, the service at dinner was a little slow but everyone was very pleasant. Stayed here as we were going to The Tower of London the next day which was a 10min walk away so great location. Would happily stay here again. Plus not a bad view to wake up to from our room.

Excelent service! The breakfast was delicious, Mr. Francesco prepared it by himself! Whatever we asked for was ready! Jennifer is super nice and helpfull. Great team and very comfortable accomodation. I think the best for having a city break! Francesco & Jennifer we will be back 😉😊

Premier Inn London has decent decor, and fairly nice rooms. The bathrooms in particular were quite nice, and the room quiet at night. Having air conditioning was a very nice touch. A very pleasant night'a sleep. The restaurant downstairs was alright - a bit expensive for what you get. The staff were very friendly, but the food felt a tad haphazardly put together. I got the sense that they didn't have too many guests dining down there. Good for a quick meal, but probably not for you if you're looking for something special. All in all I'd recommend staying there if you need to stay in that area,

Had a very pleasant weekend stay here. Room was large and clean. Could do with updating but it was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice selection at breakfast. Would stay here again.

Good decent location. No car park available. Full English breakfast available . The reception and service team are indeed very caring of your needs and are quick to respond on any issues

Came here for a four day trip of site seeing and education with our 11 year old son. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs, 3 minutes walk from the tower of London and about 5 minutes to Tower bridge. Reasonable prices and the usual Premier inn full english breakfast, to help start the day. I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeing the sites or just visiting London.
