Pret A Manger - Baker Street 211 in City of London

I shopped at this location around 12:45pm on 6 March 2022. I did not see any name tags so I'll say a young asian looking cashier took my order. She very rude and unprofessional. I understand it is a busy location but her actions and then dumping my food and drinks in the bag was ridiculous.8 March 2022 Pret A Manger sent me a mean scathing email for this post. It simple proves my point. If it comes again it will replace the current image.

Coffee Shop is the place to wake up in the morning and go there to start a good day. Unfortunately this brand is not the one. Firstly they haven't got coffee ! Secondly they having got any sandwich . No other options from staff and when you try to pay new staff don't know anything and they arguing with us. Another customer jump from sitting area and said " I am here to enjoy with my tea (because you haven't got coffee ) and you arguing with customer with no reason and he is right. Response from supervisor was I am working here somedays and its not my company so go and complain to Pret. What a big shame for this company.

I came to this place with my friends so I ordered coffee, the coffee were made very fast, I told them I have Pret A Manger app to scan the code she said it’s too late.The place is always crowded. You will surprise that there is no toilet facilities.You need to go out to find one.Coffee is normal. Hot chocolate is full of sugar because they use powder.Not interesting experience.

Some years ago, after visiting the Sherlock Holmes museum, we stopped at this Pret A Manger to rest a bit and have some food. Both of us, my significant other and me, had a ham, cheese and mustard sandwich. And maybe it was because we were very hungry, but it was delicious.

Just ordered a strong coffee and I was handed a moments later one which turned out to be cold.Probably ordered by someone by mistake and was just sitting around till someone orders the same.Lid is messed up tooBeing located at baker street opposite baker str station should means quality service notdisgusting such!

Horrible service. One of the two girls burned the milk in my latte, instead of making a new one she ignored my complaint. I also bought a Mocha, it was equally as terrible so I left it at the side, since they kept ignoring my complaint. Horrible slow inefficient service, definitely would never recommend again

Good polite service but can get a bit busy in the morning so you'll need to have to wait for 5 to 10 mins. Food is good quality but now pretty much standard.

Too many staff members, but it's causing more noise than value. Some were talking loudly near me so that me and the serving lady could hardly hear each other! By talking I don't mean working.i mean joking with his far away colleague!!! The lady who took my order didn't make it extra hot as requested. And the tables were not clean I had to ask for cleaning them explicitly. I would understand if it's too busy and short of staff. It is a busy shop. But I see the staff are not too busy at all.. they rather have time to make jokes and shout in clients ears! Sorry to be harsh but there are minimum expectations.

MARIO the Spanish guy made an outstanding customer service. He is a good listener and he made an excellent customer service. He has a special energy who can change your day. I will definitely come back because he made me feel comfortable. Also the food and coffe was good. Just the vibe in general was good. Thank you Mario
