Pret A Manger St. John's Wood in City of London

This is my ‘local Pret’ so been here a few times.. Particularly the (hot) food quality here is just really poor. I hope they can do something to up their game in this field, because the coffee and sandwiches (which is their hallmark product) are also questionable value for money these days

They offer iced drinks. Not many Pret do. Thanks for the Frappe coffee. 10/10

Staff are rude. I mean really rude. Don’t dare complain about your coffee being half full or cold as you will get serious aggression off the female barista. Pret Management- please close the branch down or employee proper staff.

Awful. Staff are extremely rude, argumentative and clearly dont want to be there. The manager couldn’t run a bath. Coffee is served cold and is actually served as half a cup of coffee. Avoid. Pret should close this store down and sack the staff.

I’m very happy with my experience here, friendly staff, it gets very busy at midday but they serve very quickly, plenty of seats downstairs and few tables outside for some fresh air.

Store no longer offers smoothies, frappes and shakes and Chai latte ! Not a good option to use your subscription for sure. Also very inconsistent service, some days it's good others orders are completely messed up!

Im really happy with a customer service but the reason why I put only 2 stars is they definitely need more staff of the weekend is already few times when they are close because of the short staff !

Really nice spot to sit and have a drink. Some seating outside as well giving a view over St John’s High St. Service is quick and consistent, as most Pret stores are.

I purchased the Pret subscription so I could enjoy one smoothie a day, but almost every time I’ve ordered one here, they said they only serve hot drinks. It’s surprising that they so rarely have what’s on the menu, and they haven’t done anything to fix whatever issue is causing them to not be able to serve cold drinks. I’m canceling my subscription because I couldn’t use my subscription here.

Was passing by and just stopped for a quick bite. Apparently, Pret is a very big chain in London, not sure if they have Pret across UK and Europe. I can relate it to the Starbucks of London.I would prefer something hot and freshly made, but I was hungry and gave a try to this. The hot items were mostly in meat and I was looking for something Vegetarian. Only cold options available, and I settled for a spinach and Hummus wrap. Not bad, turned out to be something that made me happy and settled my hunger for then.Like many others, they also have different prices (not varying much) for take away and dine-in.
