Hoisin Duck Wrap was "cheap and nasty" in terms of content - all salad, paltry amount of "duck paste."Latte coffee weak and fairly bland/tasteless.Staff shouting right, left and centre.Jeez. What a nightmare!Pret a partir rapidement.....

Service from Emily is the best I’ve ever seen in any Pret. She takes the time to be friendly and engage with customers and is genuine and funny. First time I’ve ever even taken service into account at a Pret. I’d come back just to chat to her.

Fairly typical Pret but with a large footfall. Hence quite a few staff. While the staff keep the coffees flowing there is an element of repressed chaos as they all get in other's way, both physically and audibly. Good choice of products and we'll maintained.

I work at Stansted Airport, which is my regular Pret stop. The city road Pret is of the same high standard with the same professional staff..... Well done 👏 ✔ 👍 👌 😀

Typical Pret fare, some comfy seats and tends to get less busy than other Pret in the area. Used to be an EAT shop. Staff was friendly, tables/floors could be cleaner.

Standard Pret restaurant when it comes to food but I love the place indoors. It has good space with ample seating as well as window seats. It’s in a popular location so you can expect getting busy during lunch time. As always two things with Pret: they have few extra people behind the counter who constantly try to reduce the queue length and Pret always believes in good indoor seating!
